The appartment and hotel are really well located. The hotel can provide or contact taxis from or to the airport or anywher when needed. They can even contact with car rental provider if needed. The hotel has a wonderful parking place. The reception and personal are very nice, polite and really efficent. Everybody talks good English.The breakfast was wonderful. The appartment was comfortable, with fridge, microwave Owen and any tool you could need. The bed are comfortable. You have extra eiderdown or cover in case you need: not all hotel have this extra. Sheets cover my whole body. It could sound as a joke, but in many other hotels in Europe provide you with a cover of 170 cm that is not enough for a comfortable sleep. Summing up it has been really wonderful

Centrally located for old town and all the shops , restaurants and bars close by. Super facilities at the apartments with use of the hotel pool and spa . Staff were really friendly and helpful . The apartment was spotless comfortable bed and home from home facilities . Couldn’t fault it

Easy check in and check out. Amazing location, 1 step out the door and your in the hustle & bustle of the old town. Our apartment was upgraded, i booked a studio for 2 and got 2 apartments that shared an entrance. Was very spacious and had everything you needed. Ovens, hobs, fridge/freezeer, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes steamer, iron, ironing board, all items for cooking. You had coffee and tea to use, the bathrooms had body wash and hand wash. The decor was neutral and easy on the eye. Massive balconies, although not much of a view. I paid a bit extra for the Spa ticket which was great, we used this 3 days out of the 5.

The toilets did not flush properly, was a waste of water with all the extra flushing. One of the apartments did not have a door to the balcony, which was annoying as this one had the sun. The blinds at the windows were white which meant being awake with the sunrise and falling asleep was difficult as the windows (on two sides, floor to ceiling) looked onto another block of apartments which meant lights shining through from there, so impacted getting to sleep. Rain shower in my bathroom did not work.

Apartment was very clean and kitted out with good kitchen appliances if guests wished to cook. Great location with only a short 2 minute walk to the main Old Town area. The Spa was okay but we didn't feel it was worth while spending much time in it. Cost was excellent for what we received. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Curtains were broken and fell down more when trying to close them. Apartment got very warm at night and we were not able to turn off the heating. Pillows on the bed did not offer much support. All minor concerns, overall a great stay!

Service could be a little friendlier and the addition of a bath mat on the toilet and a hand towel should be included. These are not optional. What happens if I slip on the bathroom floor after a shower? It would have been catastrophic for the hotel, staff and for me. For the price you pay, why isn’t there a bath mat and a hand towel? Surely these should be included in the stay.

Great location, in the old town, very easy access to restaurants and bars. Vely close to the tram stop, short walking distance to SKM (local train) station. Apartment was modern and spacious with a balcony and a washing machine as in the description, free access to sauna and to the swimming pool.

The apartments are connected to the hotel but in a way that might be confusing for some. The main reception (where you get the keys) as well as swimming pool, sauna and SPA are at the hotel - walking between requires going through restaurant between tables or going outside, which was a bit unexpected but not particularly inconvenient. No AC, that would be useful in warmer days.

An excellent place to stay in the beautiful Gdansk. In the heart of old town- a l ot of restaurants, museums, shops and a 10 min walk away from Forum sopping mall. Apartment is fully equipoed, clean and designed with the sophisticated style. Really comfy beds and "ball room"sized balcony. Will visit again, for sure :)

A suggestion - washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine capsules to have in a room according to the nights and persons to stay.

The two bedroom apartment is very spacious with well appointed kitchen facilities and wooden traditional furnitures. It’s located near the Green Gate in the Old Town and it’s absolutely convenient. The access to the spa and pool is amazing too!

For the money you pay for, the apartment lacked towels. There were no hand towels and bath mats. They just hand you towels and that’s that. You ask the receptionist and they say that they can’t provide it. Some staff were friendly other times, the staff is not. We walked into the breakfast place not having it included in the reservation but my parents from the other room did. They panicked and thought we wouldn’t pay for it 😂 anyhow, staff can be a bit more relaxed and treat guests with a bit more kindness and understanding. We’re travellers from around the world and used to a different kind of treatment.

The apartments were very well located, within a 2-minute walk to the old town. The apartment we had was very spacious, with a big dining table and a sofa which was a very good solution for a family. Modern design and very comfy beds, apartment equipped with everting you may need.

The hotel was not really following the pandemic regulations - the guests were rarely wearing face masks and if they did, they were usually hanging underneath their chins and the stuff were not really strict about that. At the breakfast the restaurant was very crowded and stuff didn’t ensure that the guests kept a safe distance to one another. The same was in the pool and sauna area. This should have been regulated with a pre-booking of slots of some sort.
