Location and spa

The staff and the management is very poor. I booked a taxi from the main station to the hotel and it didn't show up even after my multiple calls. The manager told me all are third parties, like taxi, spa, so they don't know what happened. I waited in the main station for 45 min. I wanted to talk with the person when I reached the hotel but again the manager told me he left for the day and will not be available during my stay. Then I asked about my spa booking and there goes the same answer "I don't have any idea why no one came!!" This is my first bad experience with Radisson as it was great in the USA or Germany. I can't believe that in a 5 star hotel someone can do something like that and get away because he works in a hotel?? I think I should get my money back.

Hotel is beautiful inside and is a perfect location as it is right on the main street, we had a really lovely couple of hours in the bar while it rained the bar man(apologies I did not get his name)was amazing so nice and friendly and really made our afternoon, room was very comfortable.

Breakfast is very over priced 67 pounds for a family of 4. There is a a la carte menu but it feels as if the staff dont want to take your order by the time they came to us we had ate from the buffet and had to leave as we had a taxi picking us up, if this is not included in the price of your stay i would definitely give it a miss, plenty of nicer cheaper options on your doorstep, I do feel like we were very ripped off as my son only ate a croissant!

We had an exceptional stay here with excellent customer service. We literally booked our stay here when we arrived in the City, due to a nightmare last minute cancellation with another property, however, after having walked into reception at 2am, tired and stressed, the front desk agent (Szymon) put us at ease, checked us in early (even though we weren't due to officially check in until that evening), and upgraded us to a family room. The hotel is in a fabulous location, 100m from the main street & close to all the main sites within the city. It was extremely comfortable, plenty of in-room facilities and extremely clean. Very very happy indeed!

The only one thing would be the cost of breakfast... we had it on the first day, and though the quality was very good, it did end up costing more than dinner that evening... it was £17 per person.

The hotel is really nice, super clean , and it has great food (I only had breakfast). My room was facing the old town , beautiful view. Very helpful staff I will always consider it again when I'm coming to Gdansk.

No minibar One curtain had one corner loose, and it wasn't covering the window properly. It was fixed but not properly because it wasn't closing I had my flight delayed, and i tried to get in touch through all the channels (the provided numbers , booking.com , email) no answer I finally got an answer to my email on Monday . More than 2days later...really The plugs in the hotel should be some sort of universal Thank you

The hotel is located in the center of town just in the middle square - this is the best location available but still the hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. During the afternoon they had some drinks and food in the lobby for the guests. The location is the best you can get - in the main street , 5 minutes walking from everywhere

The only thing that i didn't like was that the coffee cups when i arrived were dirty - i asked the staff to replace and since than everything was ok - the cups were cleaned every day

Located at the very heart of the old town in Gdańsk, you simply step out and you’re at the center of action. We stayed in the family room (my father, my son age 14 and me). It was spacious enough for us to freely walk around the room. Wi-Fi was very good. Breakfast was super with tons of options, rich salad bar and decent vegan options.

The decoration is already a bit tired (my guess 15-20 years). Everything was functional and in good shape, but still, no usb charging ports is not something you would expect at this level (or any level) today.

The location is great, just in the city center - old town, but it is not noisy at night. The room and bathroom were huge, very clean and cozy. I had a comfy double bed, so I could sleep well. The staff at the reception desk and restaurant was always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was enough variety for everybody. American pancakes were delicious. If you come from the airport by taxi, tell the taxi driver that you stay in this hotel - they will give you a special rate.

The premium room was large, clean and with good sound proofing. The hotel is excellently located in the very heart of everything. Still the hotel is isolated from the activities associated being in the heart of things. The staff is friendly and correct that includes the breakfast. The breakfast was good with many choices and all taste well even the buffet with classic English style stuff.

We got one bed that consisted of two beds put together. The middle of the bed was not comfy. Otherwise good beds. Even though the breakfast was good, the scrambled eggs and omelets that you order on the side needed more love. I reported that the shower head continued to slide down but the receptionist seems not so interested in my report on the checkout.

Very central location, but still a very peaceful hotel. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our requests for room change due to number of beds. The room was surprisingly spacious.

We requested a twin room and we first were given a room with a double bed, but two separate duvets. We were able to change quickly. The gym is very compact, with little space for stretching and few weights.

Excellent location in the center of the Old Town close to main attractions, very attentive staff at breakfast with nice a la carte menu, spacious rooms in a silent location, all very clean, has some charme

Some facilities are pretty worn out (sauna area, lobby) but still more unique than if modernized to general standard of the chain, parking expensive (used the DEO Plaza parking close by for PLN 130 overnight)
