Fantastic little hotel with a really unique set up. The restaurant was fantastic and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff all were incredible and made you feel very welcome. The location was fantastic with only a 15 minute walk along the river to Krakow Castle, I was only there for the day and able to stop by almost all of the key landmarks. I’m not one to usually write reviews but the place was so good I had to make an exception. I really would recommend staying here to anyone.

Fantastic staff on reception, always happy to help and advise, and always with a smile on their face, as were most of the staff there. Great choice at breakfast. Lovely evening meal, probably better then local restaurants, and competitively priced.Lovely modern rooms with everything you need. Free safe deposit box. Super transport links.

One or two of the staff looked a little miserable and were less than accommodating. Breakfast wasn't always replenished when it ran empty. One of our rooms had a horrible smell intermittently, reception requested housekeeping to address it, but can't say whether it was as we were going home.

The place was very classy and room super nice. Breakfast bar was great! Location was amazing and walking distance to oldtwon and the castle. We felt really safe walking around town. Breakfast bar had many delicious options!

The standard rooms dont have any windows out. The rooms open into a small courtyard and you pretty much have to keep curtains closed. No natural light. But its still really nicely done! I gotta warn that on the bottom floor of the courtyard smoking is allowed. That was a surprise to me. Ill add a photo of the courtyard.

Location is nice- walkable distance from the center crossing river by famous pedestrian bridge, one of the nicest places to eat (Gaska Polish Restaurant) is just behind the corner. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Interesting architectural design with inner yard through all the floors up, so the fresh air is at the doorstep of the room and there is no street noice. Modern room and impeccable cleaning service. Abundant breakfast which stands out comparing to 4* hotels in other more advanced European countries. Highly recommend.

Sometimes we could hear our neighbors on one side but it’s difficult to tell whether it was a fault of the wall or they were indeed too noisy (by the sounds I could bet that at least a 90kg were jumping from some height to the floor)

The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were friendly and welcoming. The room was very large, clean and modern. The breakfast/bar area was clean and well stocked. The location for us was perfect, easy access by tram to the Old Town and walking distance to the Jewish Quarter. Suited us down to the ground - excellent value for money.

As two friends travelling together we requested a twin room - the only thing we would have changed was the size of the beds. As adults used to sleeping in double / king size beds, these single beds were very small. There was so much space in the room, two queen size beds would have been more appropriate. Having said that, although small they were comfortable.

Everything :) it was new, well cleaned fresh apartments in a central cozy location. Nothing bothered us at the night time, no extra loud sounds. Good quality of the furniture and mattress. A breakfast was tasty! The price is right and we were lucky to book the cheapest standard number, but somehow there were no available standard rooms when we arrived, so the level of number was increased by the personal. The one moment was fun: I found a standard room in this hotel on Booking, but when we come and ask the girl said they do not have a standard room available, so I have to take more expensive ones. But right there I used Booking and I booked it successfully (the cheapest standard), so we were lucky to be checked in in the bigger room :) thanks for the service!

Our room was lovely with an abundance of sunlight. We were provided with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was spacious and very clean. We only took advantage of the breakfast bar on our last day there but we are glad we did - the selection was excellent. A big thanks to the staff for doing a wonderful job.

There was a mild sewer-like odour coming out of the bathroom in the mornings. We didn't bring it up since we didn't mind it enough to cause alarm. The smell would always be gone by the time we returned from our outings in the evening so it was no real setback.

Friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast menu. When we arrived we had an issue with our room. There was a drain like smell coming from the bathroom and our television was broken. We raised this immediately with staff and they sorted us another room very quickly. The hotel smells really good, like a spa. The cleanliness is impeccable and as a whole it was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated on a built up narrow side street and views were not as expected. I paid for a superior room with city view but due to this hotel only covering three floors the view was not great. We also had to change rooms when we arrived due to an issue with the first one and the difference in size between the first and second was very dramatic considering they were both superior. I also requested a birthday package for my partner on arrival. This was fulfilled but felt it was a little pricey for what we got.

The room and the location were good

I told one of the staff to order for me a large taxi for my luggage for the train station and confirmed with him the next day i found a small one and came very late it took only my small luggages for 25zl however they told us the large one will be for 30zl and she said”sorry my colleague forget to inform”!i told her to cancel and order a new large one but she wants me to pay the fees cancellation which was not my fault and she made me missed my train

Lovely hotel - especially the atrium part - with a little tables and chairs outside the rooms - its give you a proper holiday vibes. Its located in the best part of Krakow - Stare Podgorze not massively popular around tourist but much nicer than Kazimierz. Check out is at 10 am but there was no problem to extend it till 12. Lovely breakfast especially the sweet selection.

telly doesn't have too much choices of English language channels. Also there is no makeup mirror next to the little desk.
