Location, it is perfectly located close to Vistula river, within 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast, all sorts of breakfast meal. An option to have a hot meal served, instead of simply having sandwiches. Wi-fi available. Room was clean, well-furnished, bed comfy. Bathroom clean as well, small sufficient shower cabin.

Minor minus, but there could be more towels. There was only a small one for feet in the bathroom. No soap to wash your hands. The air was a bit stuffy, unfortunately no AC was available. There was a fan, which still gave a pinch of relief during a hot day.

Very helpful staff with everything we had ordered.......offered breakfast at £5 each so tried first day......very good buffet plus cooked options so ate well and ordered for next day ! Our flight was in evening and hotel immediately offered storage for our luggage so we had the day free from carrying luggage and peace of mind. Would recommend to all....river close by and the old Jewish quarter......plenty of restaurants and cafe's by river including restaurants on moored river cruising boats

Good fan in the room but if summer would struggle to cope with the heat .....so air con would make it perfect

located in a calm road 200m from many nice restaurants&cafés and the district of Kamierz, parking is in the street next to the hotel and you easily find a parking spot&it's not expensive. Staff is helpful.

the kitchen in the twin room is only equipped with some basics (no towel for example), the main entrance door closes extremely loud (you can hear it in the rooms in the 1st floor with door closed)

This is my second time staying in this place. I really appreciate quality and price. Just 10 minutes walk from the cozy Kazimierz district in the city with lots of bars and restaurants. However the hotel is in a quiet place, so you can rest without any big city noise. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

Some bottles of water as a hotel compliment would be nice to have, especially in the hot summer

Everything was excellent for the price! We liked the room and the vibe of the neighborhood. Amazing outdoor restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great for people like us who enjoy a fresh continental breakfast. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again!

There was one issue with the bathroom door, but they came to address it right away when we mentioned about it.

Rooms were well equipped and roomy, bed was super comfy, location was great, the waiter in the restaurant was super nice. We felt it was a good value for money.

The reception girl seemed a bit confused about the surroundings. No free parking - had to pay 50 zloty a day for street parking. The rooms were not cleaned in detail when we arrived, and the cleaning service during our stay could have been better. The bathroom radiator was rusty in places.

I liked the room in general. It was cozy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked very well and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not notice that the fridge was set up to very low temperature, which led to freezing up all my food. It is a bit farther from the city center than I expected.

Excellent breakfast. 1 block from Qubus convention hotel. Quiet Street, not much noise at all. walking distance to 4 or 5 restaurants AND 6am to 11 pm convenience store with food items!

No tea or coffee provided in the room. Bed was very soft. Pillows could be much better.

Affordable and very good hotel in Kraków. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants in immediate vicinity. Basic breakfast but good enough. Very clean.

The service was very nice and helpful. Room clean and spacious. A comfortable bed and the unique atmosphere of a boutique hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but close to the Vistula River and well connected. I am convinced that I will come back to this place.
