The beds were comfortable. The shower was awesome. The kitchen was very nice. Loved having bowls, cups, mugs, and silverware available to use. The fridge was very helpful. Excellent walking distance to old town. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 min walk from the apartment. No train noise was noticeable either. Peaceful stay. The Smoking/trash area out back was very convenient. Wifi excellent. The instructions to do the self-check in were simple, very easy to understand. Self check-out, same. Very simple and easy.

The kitchen faucet was loose. The nut underneath the facet needed to be tightened. The apartment can get very warm, but opened a window and cooled off right away

- perfect location near city center - communication with host about the check in and check out details - small, but very nice room - all the needed equipment present (kitchen, bathroom accessories) - possible to be there with dog - great price value ratio - noise from trains was not so loud as mentioned in some reviews, as there were new windows, just sounded like standard city sounds, so we slept very well (we didn't open windows as it was autumn, maybe during summer it could be issue for someone)

- not 100% clean (some small details in "maisonette" part), but it was fine overall - little bit smaller shower cabin, but for us (under 100 kg) sufficient

Right from the time of booking, Silvio and team were responsive and helpful. As we reached by an overnight train in the morning, Anna called up to confirm we could come in and that Silvio will be waiting to greet us. The photo she sent of the exterior of the building to help guide us was a nice touch! Both Silvio and Anna were really friendly and we could keep our luggage there till check in time. As for the place itself, it's waking distance from Krakow Glowny and the Old Town. The room is quite spacious and the beds comfortable and enough storage space. The bathroom was really clean. The common kitchen is well appointed and a nice place to have a meal. All in all, loved our stay there.

Had two double beds for me and my son which was wonderful, and a private bathroom. Really comfortable. Felt like a home from home as we were able to use the washing machine and kitchen. We arrived very early on a night train and were able to arrange a self check in a little earlier than advertised which we were SO grateful for. Location is amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

I'd be very picky if I pointed out anything. No major problems at all.

It is a nice apartment rented out by attentive people. There are 2/3 rooms in the apartment and a shared kitchen area with full equipment. Cleaning was fine, bathroom was spotless and everything functioned well. The sofabeds in our room were comfy enough. Anna is a polite host, responding your questions attantively. She even arrived a bit earlier than aggreed time for our check-in. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the kitchen area after check-out. Location is very good. Near the bus/train station and old town. You will not need public transportation for main tourist attractions. Payment by credit card after arrival was a bonus for us as we did not change money. I recommend

Great location, being 10 minutes walk to the Planty. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed (plus more!), the facilities meant we could have stayed there for weeks if we needed to. The host, Silvio, was fantastic and met us at the door despite our flight delaying us until the early hours of the morning. Thank you for a great stay!

We went during the heatwave in June so the apartment was always warm, a fan would have been great.

Price was great value for money, location was brilliant and the apartments were very easy to find..the owner/manager met us late at night and was very accommodating. We had a smaller option, but apartment was a fair size, high ceilings and heating worked well. Was also able to leave our bags as our flights were later. I'd stay here again.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but we did select the option for 2 pull out futons. So we didn't expect it to be as comfortable as a normal bed. That being said, we still slept well.

We met Silvio the owner who is a really really nice man. He is Italian but speaks perfect English. So welcoming. We loved the room it was spacious and comfortable with a very large bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and lots of soap handgel etc. The shared kitchen is great plenty of room to sit and eat and cook. lots of utensils and coffee etc. We were able to leave our bags as we had a late flight. Thank you Silvio for your lovely place and hospitality.

The sofa beds could have been more comfortable as they need more filling in the mattress. The towels had a strange smell and were scratchy. Just picky things really as overall it was a great stay.

The flight was delayed and we could reach the apartment at about 1 am but Silvio was waiting for us.

The noise from the railway is too loud. We were too tired after the flight but I woke up from it. So if you come to Krakow as a tourist then I advise to find anything quiter. But if you want to spend just 1 night between trains/flight then it's a really perfect place. And I'm so thankful to Silvio for meeting us at night

Very cozy appartment close to Old City and Railway station. Still, located in quiet area. Very friendly owner who is alwsys available for any questions.

Air conditioner was leaking and wasn't working properly. However, the owner responded it would be fixed next day. So, I hope it was fixed.
