Everything was perfect! Nice breakfast, clean rooms, railway station is not far away. Tram station in front of the hotel. Reastaurnat in the hotel. Restaurant has play corner for kids! Amazing backyard. There is even G-Bar around the corner. We were very happy that we book this hotel for our trip in Krakau.

I told already reception lady - you have your remote controler screens right next to the bed, than there are some more tiny lights in the room.....all together distrurb your sleep if you are sensitiv or overtired. So I was covering all lights with napkins. Probably owner of the hotel may think about this, expecially if it is delux rooms. This is just minor things and I would book this hotel again anyway.

Our stay at this property was awesome, at our arrival we were given all the necessary information and were able to park our car in the underground parking - this service wasn't included in the price (we knew it) but we appreciated the fact that we didn't have to look for the parking place on our own and were able to make a day trip by car founding a free place on our return. The room met all our expectations, everything was clean and the room service was perfect as well. We really liked the division of the apartment in two separable spaces for more privacy. We appreciated the possibility to take advantage of the breakfast included in the price - each day we found a variety of different kind of meals and drinks provided by the hotel stuff. The distance to the centre was about 15-20 minutes on foot, however public transport was just next to the hotel. I highly recommend this structure for visiting Krakow and its surroundings.

Everything was perfect but if we have to note something we would appreciate more space (e.g. open shelves) for our suitcases, clothes and especially cosmetics in the bathroom.

This is the second property that I'm giving highest possible rate in ALL categories since I created my account at Booking.com. - You get what you see on photos and in real life even better, well designed, well equipped, very large rooms/appartments. - Very comfortable beds, sofa included. - Very clean all over the place. - Well designed, maintained building overall. - Sound insulated rooms. - Quiet environment. - City center in walking distance from hotel, 20-30min. - Safe underground affordable parking. - Last, but not least, the breakfast is on a 5 star Hotel level, beside that, they even served gluten free bread. My first after years of travel. I really can't recommend Lwowska 1 enough. This place should be fully booked all the time. I always rate an accommodation according to price/value ratio. Lwowska would still get top possible score from me, even if price would be 40% higher.

First, the staff was prompt and professional in all matters, whether communication via texting/messaging or by phone 📱 or face-to-face. Also, this trip had special circumstances that required extra attention and forbearance by the Lwowksa 1 staff and they were patient, dutiful and helpful. The facilities and room (Family Deluxe with kitchenette) were top-shelf. A spirit of hospitality was always present. The breakfasts were always special treats - healthy selections in the finest Northern European style 👍. And the location, literally right on a major road and bridge crossing just south of the Vistula River, was perfect. Maybe a 10 minute walk north to the City Center of Cracow 🇵🇱. Everything felt clean and posh. There is an excellent chance there will be a return visit to Cracow this fall - Lwowksa 1 will likely have earned more business. If I had more time I would include images taken 📸 while staying. As it is - the hotel's images for room and property are all accurate representations of what you can expect to see upon your arrival. Bottom line is expectations were met and sometimes exceeded 🙏.

The location is perfect. You can have a really nice walk to the old city. It takes around 30min but it goes really fast. Or you can take the tram which is just across the street. The room was clean, had a nice balcony, it was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. It had so much options and the staff were always working, making sure that nothing was missing. I liked the option of soy milk, since I dont drink regular milk.

The parking was 69zlot per day. But it was underground so we liked that our car was safe. But still a little expensive. But it didnt affect our likeness of the stay.

good location for ghetto, krakow mount, Oskar Schindler factory museum. 15 minute walk to Jewish quarter and 30 minute walk to old town. great transport links too, with buses, teams and train outside door of hotel. professional, friendly and efficient staff, answered any questions we had immediately. room very spacious. loved the shower, comfy beds. tea making faculties. nice breakfast with lots of options (we are one vegan and one vegetarian)- had soya milk, chia pudding, salad/beans, breads.

I didn’t realise we got free access to the sauna here, so did not pack my swimming costume. but to be honest we had a Jam Pack schedule in krakow with not a lot of down time anyway,

1. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Changing very little day over day, but there were enough options for a week stay. 2. Dog friendly, unlike many other places in Krakow. 3. The executive suite was spacious, comfortable, with a great view. Everything was perfectly clean. 4. Sauna was included for hotel guests. It was good, not crowded. 5. We could always find a space for our car right in front of the hotel. No problems with parking.

First of all, my impression of the stay remains highly positive. There were just little things that could be better. 1. The same Roxette LP playing during breakfast every single day for 7 days in a row. Perhaps a little variety could help. 2. Missing small details in the room - like dish towel in the kitchen or paper towels. 3. Sauna maintenance: One of the two showers was somewhat broken (half of the water stream going sideways). The other shower drain was clogged. Insects in the changing room, some kind of flies. 4. You have to pay for parking in the streets, but that's the price for a good location in Krakow. Free parking was ~1 km walk from the hotel. Didn't try hotel garage (2 m height limit might not be ok for my car).

apartment was great and very large breakfast rich and tasty spa is good, sauna area is wonderful nice staff, new and good facilities very well housekeeping location is OK considering very cheap BOLT and UBER

there was a mistake in apartment description: it was claimed as two bathrooms when actually is one bathroom and one additional WC - on the spot it was told us that there are no two bathrooms in any apartment and they will fix the mistake in description also small inconveniency - the safe is not in the apartment but downstairs on -1 floor

The executive suite is very spatious, clean and comfortable but the price could have included parking in the garage, at least for a few days.

The breakfast room is crammed with tables, not a lot of space to sit down. Very poor selection of bread, and it wasn't fresh. No croissants or similar at all. The waiter told us which glass to use for the juice, which was a bit unnecessary - if you have smaller and bigger glasses stacked next to the juice machine, I'll take the bigger one and shouldn't be "scolded" for it.
