We stayed 4 nights in this nice hotel in Krakow. The location is very good, 15-20 minutes from the center (Stare Miasto), you can walk practically to all the attractions of the city, such as the castle, Oskar Schlindler's Factory, the main square, the Jewish quarter, the river bank, etc. For the lazy ones who are not big fans of walks, there is a tram or bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room had everything you need to have a pleasant stay, tastefully decorated and modern. The breakfast has been fantastic, with a great variety, from scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled vegetables, salads, pancakes, sweets, fruits, cheeses, oatmeal, toasts, ham, etc, etc. I would like to give a special thanks to all the staff in charge of the breakfast, particularly Anastasiia, who took care of all my requests always with a smile and in a professional manner. However , generally speaking, all the hotel staff was kind and approachable. In the surroundings you can find beautiful bars and restaurants so won't have to walk long distances for a nice meal. Overall, an excellent stay in the INX hotel and I would totally recommend to stay there.

There was a guest who used the sauna next to the fitness room and everytime I used the gym, it was wet all around, not very pleasant, but this is not the hotel's fault, but lack of manners of this person.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice bar and lounge. Good choice for breakfast. Excellent location for Kaziemierz District, Castle, Schindlers Factory, Boat Trips and Old Town, all walkable. Railway station just over the river bridge (Zablocie) but its a bit of a mess at the moment whilst they are rebuilding. You can catch the train to The Saltmines from here, or get on a tram and go from the main station, which is beneath a shopping centre just outside old town. Ask the hotel staff to write down the name of the tram stop where you need to get off, it stops literally right by the shopping centre/station. Ticket office is busy, allow plenty of time. Make sure you book for Saltmines, Auschwitz and Schindlers Factory, it all gets very busy. We found also that The Cathedral and Castle ticket offices seemed to close in the afternoon. Tram stop outside the hotel, little coffee and cake shop across the road, lovely restaurants in the square of the Jewish Quarter just behind the hotel, don't be persuaded by some of the people who stand outside the restaurants trying to reel you in, look at all the menus before you make a decision. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area behind the hotel, between there and the river and that's before you've visited the Old Town! INX hotel ideally situated.

Air conditioning didn't appear to work so well but given the ambient outdoor temperature this wasn't an issue for us. It may have been, had the weather been warm!

Hotel bar didn’t open until 2-3pm and closed at 10pm, most days we spent out and about in the city all day and we looked forward to having a few drinks at night, communication between staff seemed confusing as bar staff had told us we could order drinks in the lobby after 10pm but reception stated no drinks served after 10pm, we were allowed to buy drink in the shop and bring it into the lobby staff were accommodating with glasses and ice buckets so while not ideal better than nothing.

- Horizon Suite = amazing, best room we’ve stayed in (including stays at Bellagio and Caesars Palace in Vegas!). It was huge and so luxurious! - Location- absolute perfect. Worried before stay that I should have booked hotel in Old Town but Jewish Quarter is the place to stay. It has so many good places to eat and have drinks and is only 18 min walk from main square. Much quieter as well as main square was so busy! Also only 24 min ride from airport on train and then 8 min walk. Train really easy to use and nice and clean- no need to get transfer/taxi. - Breakfast - we had room only rate but paid for room service breakfast on last day- absolute worth it- it was a feast!

- the luggage storage wasn’t very secure - it was just open when we arrived (about midday) and was easy for people to walk in and out- I’d recommend making sure you have padlocks for bags if you plan to use this - staff in the main friendly and helpful. Just one issue when we asked for extra pillows at reception one evening (joys of pregnancy!) and the staff member gave a massive sigh which wasn’t the best feeling!

Fantastic hotel, with a good location in Krakow in the old jews area. The tram just outside of the hotel else a fine walking distance to the town square about 15 minutes. The receptionist was great, fine English communication skills and came with some great advice, on what to see when in Krakow. The rooms were lovely, good bed and with our own safe for your values. The breakfast was a nice buffet, with all the things you need. The hotel also offer to get some breakfast boxes if you can’t make breakfast, there were: a sandwich, some fruit, juice, water, cake and some snacks. Great to have if you need to get up early for a trip. We are definitely going to stay here next we are in Krakow

The INX Hotel is nicely situated on a main tram line (No.3 or 24) which will drop you approx 100/150m from the Grand Market Square which is a hive of historic buildings & sites to see, along with the copious amounts of restaurants which line the perimeter of the Square. Also, Oscar Schindler's factory is only a 15 minute walk away. The INX Hotel overall is excellent, the rooms are very clean and well maintained (albeit not the biggest room we've stayed in) The buffet breakfast is well stocked with a large variety of fresh & cooked foods. The day restaurant on the ground floor adjacent to the lobby presented a simple yet tasty menu. We chose to eat out in the evenings so didn't get to try the hotels main restaurant for an evening meal.

As we traveled by car we were delighted to be able to park in the hotel's small but adequate car park, however, the car park is a loose gravel surface which is OK to walk on, but is not suited to pulling a suit case across and can damage an expensive case. Also, I traveled with my elderly father who relies on a walking frame - the car park gravel surface made his journey's to and from the car each time quite hazardous - this really should be a covered surface - not impressed with this !! Finally, rooms at the front of the building may be subject to noise from the passing trams, particularly early morning so if you're a light sleeper request a rear of the building room ?

Location was good Room cleaned daily Breakfast was excellent with wide choice Mini bar, safe and tea / coffee all the usual Staff excellent Organising tours and taxi’s no trouble for the staff

I was a single person if I had a partner or one of us would have a bad back or a headache getting into bed due to roof sloping room 505 maybe all those rooms top floor facing the main road don’t know Under bed lighting pointless I think Bathroom very nice except very little room eg shelf or just where the sink is.

Hotel is very nice located and has a car park next door. The staff was really friendly and always tried to answer our questions in the best way. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and everything was of good quality. Really soft pillows but you can ask for a firmer one at reception.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, when we took a shower there still was some hair on the wall from the previous guests. So that was a bit of a downer. There is also a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom.

Used this hotel for a base to stay to visit the main square, auchwitz tour etc, only cost £10 to get from the square to the hotel in a taxi, or a straight maybe 10-15 min walk which was fine, hotel room was very clean, relaxing and seemed soundproofed, bed was so comfortable, I asked for an extra pillow the first morning and they said housekeeping would put it in the room, got back to the hotel that night and the pillow was there! very modern hotel! Staff on the desk were very helpful and friendly and spoke great English! Overall an amazing stay. Would defiantly return.

Breakfast was really good. The customer facing staff were friendly. We were able to leave our bags on the last day. Was able to use the gym and sauna with no problems. The bedroom was comfortable. The location is fantastic, Kazimierz was our favourite part of the city, so perfectly placed for this, but the tram is just outside, and you can catch this towards schindlers factory, salt mines or the other way to the city.

The bedroom was a little bit too small, but we did get the smallest room type, even still I think a little more space at the end of the bed would have been better. The front of house staff were very polite, but we saw one of the managers telling off one of the serving staff in the restaurant, which was a bit uncomfortable, and could easily have been done out of sight if it needing doing.
