Location was excellent. Within the Kazimierz but in a quiet location. Puro is really well designed hotel both in form and function. Rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Easy to cast Netflix etc on the room TV. The free tea and coffee is cafe/restaurant quality. The sauna and steam room are also top quality. Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options and never overcrowded. The icing on the cake are the staff and they were all fantastic in their roles. This is a wonderful hotel and easily one of the best my wife and I have ever stayed in.

For us it’s the place to stay in Krakow. This hotel is not just dog-friendly, it actually welcomes dogs very much. Our dog loved it here to the extent that she didn’t want to leave the place for any walk or to go anywhere else :) Extremely friendly staff, their guests are the highest priority, and one can feel it. Highly recommended!

The breakfast for its price feels a bit weird: although the selection is good, it’s easy not to want anything. For example, there are cold cuts and cheeses for vegans, but no poultry cold cuts (for those who don’t eat pork). Coffee at breakfast comes from the same automate available in the hall, not prepared by a barista, as one would expect for this breakfast price. However, the restaurant itself is very good - both lunch and dinner options are delicious.

Quite a beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, great lighting in the room, small but comfortable bathroom. There is a tablet in the room to access info, and you can checkout using it. Also the tv has a handy port where you can connect HDMI devices if needed. Casting also available. Overall, great looking, comfortable, a great place to stay.

Room was acing the train tracks which could be heard at times. Our room was near the elevator and we were woken up with guests being loud passing by. Also, the employees at reception and in the next door cafe were quite distant. Not friendly, but not rude. If there was some warmth from them, it would make the experience absolutely wonderful.

Love this hotel chain and always try to book on of these while traveling to PL. Location: just the right place to be, near to old town and Kazimierz district (where you can find all the fancy dining places and bars). The room: it's a whole different experience, compared to other hotels. Stylish, modern, with a transparent wall in the shower, very comfy beds, and big windows. Ask for the high floor! Breakfast: you will always find smth tasty for you (from herring to pancakes and maple syrup), a great selection of local foods together with "continental" options. +++ BIG PLUS for the PURO is SPA zone: all their hotels have complimentary spa tickets included, so I always love to enjoy sauna after the working day.

I don't much like staying in hotels, I prefer private rentals as they are more spacious, flexible and comfortable. However this hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations in regards to room size, comfort & coziness, design, cleanliness, the bathroom facilities and general good condition of everything inside the room and on the hotel premises. It was actually enjoyable staying in the room and I looked forward returning there after each day I stayed in Krakow. I really liked the floor to ceiling windows as well, it have the room a spacious, airy and luxurious feel.

For some reason I expected the room to have toothpaste provided. That's really the only things which I lacked for the entire trip.

The room design was awesome, very comfortable and nice, the restaurant was great, wonderful food, AMAZING service. Amazing service overall! Very comfortable bed, I loved the shampoo and cosmetics in the room, the technology was great too (room controlled by tablet). Great WiFi. Cool lobby.

Things that need a bit of work: hotel rooms always seem to be designed by men :) no great lighting/mirror to do one’s makeup. Hair dryer was old. the rooms facing the railway tracks are not great, I’m a light sleeper and was woken up a few times. did not get a good nights sleep at all. :( No espresso machine in room… I love a morning coffee before getting dressed. the machine in lobby was nice, but still, it was annoying to have to get dressed and go get a coffee. no night room service menu. I wanted to order room service at 10pm and had to go to the bar.
