Staff very efficient and kind. The room was well cleaned and without any odor or insect or spider nets. I found different times rooms not well cleaned in 3 and 4 stars hotels of different brands. Comfortable bed and cushion. Check-in in less than five minutes. Check-out in less than 1 minute. Hotel placed not far from the center in a pleasant place.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, great value for your money. Also there's an InPost station right next to the hotel in case you need to get deliveries.

The location is far from the city center and the place isn't really well connected with the public transportation network, so you have to take an Uber if you're going somewhere

We ckecked-in very late, at midnight. Personal was in place, we easily found a parking place for car, however we had to pay additional fee for that. Pets are allowed , also for additional fees. Very good breakfast.

It was not possible to open the window by yourself, only staff can open windows, which is a bit strange for me.

The hotel has a good buffet breakfast, they allow guest to fill their bottles of water for free and they sell beverages at a really decent price. There is a Novotel just on the side of it where you can order food and drinks if necessary. They allow pets, which is great, they offer a very clean room and have a friendly staff.

The room is rather small but ok for the price, which is pretty good. The shower being separate from the toilet was a bit weird but nothing that would keep me from coming back and staying at Ibis once again.

Altogether very good price-performance ratio. Very nice and clean place. The breakfast was also very good. The beds very comfortable. There is a second restaurant available in cooperation with Novotel on the same compound, which by the way is a good alternative for someone wishing more luxury (at a higher price range of course).

From city center its about 15 minute with transport and 50 min by walk. It was our first visit to Poland, Wroclaw and we loved it. Thank you, we hope we'll be back soon ❤️

Pets-friendly hotel. Nice and friendly staff (even tried to speak Belarusian) Free hot-water for tea and snacks.

Breakfast doesn't include lactose-free options, but it's quite good for most of visitors:) It's a budget hotel, thus it's ok that it does not have lots of facilities (e.g. no fridge, no kettle) and rooms are compact — the shower is literally inside of the room:). We've stayed for a week and it was good value for money :)

the staff is super nice and helpful. I got welcomed as the ‘guest of the day’ and got candies and a free coffee for it. that was super sweet. the hotel is very clean and quiet. there is a pay parking just in front of the hotel. you can have breakfast in the morning with plenty to choose from

i wish there was a little closet in the room to store my clothes during my stay. note that towels are changed only on demand.

Shower was hard to set to a comfortable temperature. Didn't find a place to get fresh water. No water to buy, only soft drinks.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Family-like atmosphere. Firm bed excellent for bad back - now so hard to find in any class hotels. Silence in the building and around it.

Nothing really. TV remote control could have been in better shape, but it's really minor.
