We quite often stay at Campanile - it’s our safe choice that make us calm because we know what to expect. The room we stayed in wasn’t too big but it was enough for 1 night. Campanile hotels are always very well located. The breakfast was also quite nice, there was a variety of cold and warm dishes, fruit, vegetables, juice, coffee etc. the quality of the food served (such as cheese and hams) isn’t top quality but it’s ok for a 3* hotel. Scrambled eggs were very nice and not overcooked just as we like.

Unfortunately The air conditioning wasn’t working

The location was perfect, right next to the main train station and bus station, also it was easy to access city center by foot or public transport and there was a big shopping center next to the accommodation. The room was equipped with the necessary things, clean too but there were some dirty spots on the carpet which didn't look nice. The stuff at reception were very nice, especially the young guy, who did everything to help us in certain situations.

The price was a bit high for a room like that, but still affordable. We had some problem with electricity in the room but stuff solved it fast and gave us another room. Wifi was very poor, almost not working.

The hotel location is very convenient for travellers, being just a 5 minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes from the railway station. There are also several tram routes going past the hotel. Tram rides are cheap so it's no disadvantage not being in the centre of the old town. Just diagonally across the road is a shopping mall with a variety of fast food outlets and a cinema. There is plenty of variety of food for breakfast, though only two hot options (scrambled egg and spicy sausage). My room was comfortable and reasonably well sound-proofed.

Good value for the price, just a few minutes walk from the main railway station, big shopping center and aquapark.

There should be a power socket next to both beds. The shower's glass wall could be longer. For the sustainability, I'd recommend real spoons for the mugs instead of the disposable ones, and to change the towels ONLY if they are indicated to be changed (by placing them on the floor).

i have stayed there multiple times, the location is AWESOME. you got a Kaufland store next door nearly, a waterpark (open until 11pm!) and a shopping centre. and a laundry service. all on the doorstep. Staff is always patient and helpful.

there were big stains on the carpet and the tv is old, small and built up so i couldn't connect our Switch to it, or play from my phone via mirroring for kiddo. but that's just a minor inconvenience.

The staff was friendly and helpful; which I really like. The hotel is also right across from the mall, so that is more than awesome for me as well. For a simple hotel and safe hotel experience, this is the right choice.

Was hoping that breakfast was, or could have been included with the price of the hotel stay. Paying extra for breakfast is not something that I like to do, but we are all different people with different desires.

The mattress on the bed was very comfortable. Good location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast did not fully meet my expectations. Hot sausage and coffee could be of better quality. In the room I was sleeping in, a green glass bottle of mineral water was left on the table. It tasted like tap water. The metal cap had unscrewed completely, along with the metal base.

The hotel is located close to the train and bus stations. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, the internet was working well, the selection for breakfast was impressive. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

The rooms were not as clean as hotel rooms should be. There were bits of dirt on the floors, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the bedding was not done properly. I did not like that.

It's a nice hotel in the center of the city. Wroclawia Mall in a very short walking distance, same as the main station for buses and trains, 10 minute walk to the historical area of the city. Room, although small in size, was nice and cozy. Surely would consider coming back again.

1. We noticed our bedsheets, even though were washed and fresh, had some old, I guess hard to get rid of stains. 2. I don't know if it was a design flaw, but our shower only had one half covered with door, so we had to be very carefull not to "flood the bathroom" while taking a shower. 3. After the first day our room card stopped working, so we couldn't access the elevator nor the room. However, situation got resolved fairly quickly. All in all it was only couple minor inconveniences, so our overall experience was mostly positive.

The stay was very good. Overall the facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. I broke the sink plug and this was fixed the same day that I reported it.

The only downside was the free wifi. The sign in process for wifi was overly complicated and confusing. The connection kept timing out and needed to be signed in again periodically. This was an out of date process.
