I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Wroclaw. Here are some highlights: Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were not only well-maintained but also provided a high level of comfort. Fantastic Breakfast: The breakfast served was excellent, offering a variety of options that exceeded my expectations. Prime Location: The hotel is situated in an ideal location, making it convenient to explore the city. Parking Convenience: I appreciated the availability of parking facilities, providing a secure space for my car.

The only downside was the third bed in the room. As we were a family traveling with three children, all sleeping in one room, the fold-out bed provided was a bit challenging to place, given its assembled state.

Great Hotel in a very good location just next to a Supermarket Wroclawia and Main Wrocław Bus and Train Station. The members of staff are lovely and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable and the shower proper and hot. The Hotel offers breakfast Monday to Friday 7:30 - 10:00 and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 - 10:30. They also saved me from looking for Ironing services on Sunday as they have an open and free Ironing Room for the hotel guests. What a treat! Love them for it! The Hotel is in a quiet spot in the centre of everything and that combo is the reason I stayed there for a third time now. Tip1: If you need iron facilities ask at the reception. There is an Ironing room on the second floor, free of charge.Tip 2: At Wrocławia just across the road there are many great restaurants on the top floor. Some of them offer half price food from 8PM to 9PM Monday to Saturday. Tip 3: There are one day 15zl - about £3, two days 26zl - about £5, three days 32zl - about £7 and seven days 54zl - about £11, tickets for buses and trams in Wroclaw available at ticket machines and some kiosks.You can also use that tickets to get to and from the airport. Tip 4: There is a Folkowo-Ludowo shop at 44 Wita Stwosza Street where you can buy the most beautiful Gingerbread cookies that cost about £4 and there are so many different kinds of them.Tip 5: If you need any information ask at the Hotel reception ast they are able to help with so many things. Exceptional people. Can't wait for the next stay!

Nothing! I have stayed there many times and haven't found anything so far.

Ideal location near train station (10 min walk), 5 minutes from mall will shops, supermarkets, foodcourt, not far from city center. The rooms are simple, but clean and seem to be newly refurbished.

No tea facilities in the room, neither water, glasses, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. The handsoap is of good quality, but in inconvenient bottle (too hard to press, my 9 year daughter couldn't use it alone, my mum couldn't regulate the quantity of soap leaking so it caused significant overuse - standard soap containers will work better and save money to the hotel to provide absent abovementioned items).

The staff were very pleasant. It was conveniently close to the station and you could check out at any time, which was important to me because I had to catch a very early train. It's an easy walk into the center.

The room was clean, but a previous occupant must have smoked because there was a smell of stale tobacco. In fairness, there is a sign banning smoking in the room . I was too tired to go down to complain, so they didn't get an opportunity to move me to another room. After a while I stopped smelling it anyway.

Pretty basic hotel, but does the job - good compared to the price. Has a relatively central location, easy to reach from the center both by foot & tram. Scored it a bit higher because receptionist was really helfpul!

Noisy "neighbours", my own house has walls that are probably 4 times the thickness compared to the paper walls here. :)

Comfy, cosy, clean.

Lack of possibility to drink any tea or coffee, not even from vending machine, no kettle in room. There is a restaurant but in the other part of building (Campanile). To get there you need to leave the hotel and go outside.

Location is very good, right in front the best shopping center of the city and the main railway station.

The cabin shower had mould. Day by day the cleaning ladies would go there and wouldn't even touch it. As if it was the standard game. Call it "Premiere" class.

The location is very good, close to the city center and main attractions. 15-20 minutes to the old town. on foot Accepts with pets. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was good, plentiful for Polish hotels, but some products were nor fresh.

The inside of the building is old, it needs renovation, water drips through the roof in the corridor during rain. The interior is dated, although clean. An economical option to stay. I didn't like the cleaners, who were rubbing before check-out since the morning and seemed to urge you to move out as early as possible.

Excellent position for Sky Tower, Aqua Park, easy walk to train & bus station although could get tram. Good breakfast all good value for money. Very close to station is large shopping mall with different food options on the top floor which suited everyone from Mcdonalds to Chinese & Thai meals. Airport bus goes to station.

Think it was the air con made a bit of a noise.

We travelled by motorcycle- so having safe well-lit parking was critical. Wroclaw has many apartments/hotels with poor/unsafe parking. This parking lot was great. Staff was nice, room was nice and clean. A/C worked well. Many other places in Wroclaw didn't have A/C. Breakfast was good. Close to downtown, close to thermal pool/sauna.
