Food was great. One day they ran out of rolls and one lady went quickly to the store to get some for me. Exceptional. All service staff was very friendly and nice. Room was comfortable and quiet. Location? Couldn't be better.

I do not think there was anything I did not like. If I had to, I would say fix the booking.com description of the hotel. Several pieces are scattered around - for example: parking. It is described in 3 different places with 3 different descriptions, which made a little hiccup that was resolved very quickly (although it needed my input, while it could have been avoided).

The best quarters in Zakopane. The location is unique. Just 3 step and you're on the Krupowki (we don't ski so I don't know, how close is any ski course). If you book, you also have a parking place. The breakfast is more than enough and all-day-long you can drink hot coffee, tea..., because it's available in the "breakfast-place". The staff is very kind.

There is only one thing: the church is just in the neighbor, and the first time of bell is 6 a.m. It wasn't annoying for us but it's something, that you have to know.

The room was clean, cosy, the beds were comfortable and everything matched our expectations. The breakfast was good (although could be better when compared to our previous experiences in other places). Also, people working at the accommodation were friendly.

The location is a positive and a negative at the same time. It was nice that it was in the centre and close to everything, however since our room windows were to the main street, during a crowded evening there are a lot of noise coming in from people or from street cleaning machines or from the bells of the Church which don't contribute to a good nights sleep. The wifi struggled to provide service consistently.

Comfortable, spacious, airy, soundproof, clean room. Friendly receptionists. Great breakfast with various choices everyday. Hotel right in the heart of Krupowki street in Zakopane with restaurants, taxi stand, bus stop and shops footsteps away. Main station easily reachable on foot (15 minutes) or a taxi ride away. We loved our stay!

The staff are very welcoming and the location was great! The breakfast was superb with lots to choose from including a cappuccino. The ladies in the breakfast room looked after us very well. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Location was right at the center.The rooms were nice and clean.There was also playground for the children and billiard. Breakfast was really good. It was also nice that the place were breakfast was served remained open throughout the day so you could have tea or coffee anytime. At last the staff at the reception was really kind and helpful. I will probably visit the same place next time.

Perfect location - right in the centre of Zakopane, at Krupowki Street. Easy and convenient (paid) parking within meters from the property. The room was spacious, beds comfortable. Bonus: the room smelled very good. Generous breakfast. Kids enjoyed the paly area and billiard room.

Only shower gel and hand wash available. It would be great to have a better variety of toiletries.

The warm welcome, the breakfast, the shower - size and water pressure, the location, the clean room, the bottled water in the room on the day we arrived, the view.

This is a great property. It would be 10/10 if there were a lift (we knew there wasn’t one and stayed anyway due to the convenient location, and are very glad we did, but an elevator would make it even better).

The hotel was located in the middle of main Street, we could easily access everywhere. The room was really cozy and comfortable We were welcomed by a big smile , friendly and helpful receptionist, she was so great! Great hospitality! We would like to revisit sometime soon:) Thank you so much xxx

Wonderful hotel at the very heart of the town. There is everything close, Gubałówka 5 mins on the feet, main street just downstairs. Tasty breakfast and nice style of the facilities. It has a great shared place for the big company with kids.

WiFi was inconsistent. It worked in some places of hotel, but did not work in other. We were unlucky, so it worked in our room only in 1 corner with interruptions. Pillows are not totally good.
