The location of the property was amazing. Right on the main touristy street Krupówki. Close to everything We had a room with Mountain View and it was amazing something surreal The breakfast was 7-11 am. Everything was so fresh. The break rolls would still be warm when we would come down. You get around 15% off the food in the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel and the food and drinks are so nice and very affordable

There was no double beds. We had two single beds. But this wasn’t a major thing. One single bed was big enough for us Small bathroom

Gromada Hotel is solid and serviceable, located right in the center of town. It couldn't be more conveniently located for the main pedestrian street and public transport (bus). The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was pleasant when I arrived with fast check-in. It reminded me of a "business hotel" with good service but no frills. I was completely satisfied and would stay there again. Good value.

I had no complaints. It wasn't a deluxe resort, but I wss't looking for that.

Location just over 1km from bus station ... central location... yeah its a bit dated... but nice staff, warm and comfy with good WiFi... Good breakfast next door in sports bar for 35zl and 15% off main meals in the evenings... check out at 12 ment we could have a look round for a final shop before bus back to Krakow....

Bit dated but for what you get for price well worth it

The hotel was in a excellent location close to the bars /restaurants and some shops if we needed any travel essentials etc. The breakfast was very reasonable and had a good choice of things to have, our beds were good and had slept well, we found all the Staff were very friendly

Only down side was that the room was very hot due to the high temperatures and not having air conditioning.

Very good location close to shops restaurants cable car and bus station. Staff very helpful breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

We were warned that it could be noisy from outside due to passing traffic and late night revellers which meant we did not have the best nights sleep.

After the 2 days in the mountains at -15 degrees this hotel literally saved our asses. A warm bed, good restoran, tasty breakfast, convenient location in the center of city nearby the bus station - I couldn't wish more.

Well, after the hiking in the mountains our cloth and shoes were wet, and, honestly, there was not much space to put it all to dry up. I think a shoe dryer or something could be very helpful. Also we were strongly dehydrated and 0,5L water bottles per human in the room were clearly not enough, thanks god there were a restoran still working at that time.

nothing to complain, reception staffs could be more friendlier. one I got during check-in was super nice but had some miscommunication with an another staff, but nothing to complain

It is exactly with the most popular street in zakopane. Staff was helpful even if there was a bit of language barrier.

The place needs some updates. Window glass are very thin that one can hear everything from outside.

- perfect location. too perfect ! - bed comfortable - the staff was kind ! she gave me something to open my luggage pad lock. at least she did something to help - the heater was working very well

- no kettle for hot water. we want to make a coffee in the night but no kettle. we not necessarily going down for one cup of coffee

Beautiful mountain view room...!!! Staff super friendly. In the centre of Zakopane...seconds away from Krupówki and all the restaurants and live music venues. Hotel ala vintage :) but i really enjoyed the stay. Will be back for sure.

The windows are old and wooden so it was a bit too loud for me to sleep at night. Woke up twice as the street noise woke me up. Breakfast just standard...i guess i was looking for something different to enjoy in Zakopane for breakfast. On the 2nd day i had my own breakfast.
