Willa Malinowa is absolutely incredible. Driving into Zakopane, I was a little bit anxious by the busy nightlife and the ability to relax, but the accommodation is slightly outside of the centre (closer to the Tatras) which makes it perfect for calm and peaceful rest from a city life. Still, it's 3 minutes drive/10 minutes walk from the centre of action. It's honestly a steal in terms of value for money. For a very reasonable price, you get meticulously clean room, very comfy beds, mountain view (at least in the top apartment), incredible breakfast, sauna access and very warm and welcoming staff. They are always happy to advise and help you out when making the plans - plenty of local maps and guidance. I seriously cannot believe this place has three stars, it's better than 4* places I've stayed in.

The only thing I don't like is that there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

Our room was upgraded from economy to studio with a mountain view. We were nicely surprised with the size of the room and the facilities. The place was big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also got 20% discount for chocholowski aquapark. Breakfast was also top quality with a very chatty and lovely waitress. We will be definitely staying there again when in zakopane.

The place was a bit prolicey but you get what you pay for. Everything was top quality!

Our room was really comfortable, with a view over the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. We loved the outdoor part. The person, who checked us in - Miss Barbara - was top professional, polite and really helpful with whatever issues we had during our stay.

house keeping - It was a bit of a disappointment, that our room was not cleaned up to our standards - for example the table was not wiped, used glasses and coffee cups not changed. However overall we had really good experience.

The hotel is placed in a nice area, away from the crowdy and noisy center, but at the same time close enough to just have a nice walk when needed. The bus stop is also just couple of min walk away. We were 2 families with children aged 3 and we had no problem of reaching Krupowki on foot. The room was comfortable. All the personnel is extremely nice, always there to assist, but at the same time "invisible" which makes one feel undisturbed. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Very positive moment for families with children is kids corner which gives parents possibility to enjoy warm coffee :) Sauna is a big advantage, cosy place to rest after a long day outside. Tea, coffee, water always available in the room. Kinda small thing, but one feels even more cared of.

A spacious & beautiful room with a great view. Nice shower. Amazing breakfast options, alone would be worth coming back. You can park the car in the yard, so ot feels safer than other hotels. We had a balcony and if it wasn't cold & raining, would enjoy sipping tea there as well.

A bit further from the center, so walk to the main street takes some time. I wish there was an electric towel dryer, we got soaked on our Zakopane exploration walk and had no chance to dry clothes other than hanging them on couple of chairs & hoping for the best. As it's a wooden building, you can hear EVERY step from your top neighbors. We got unlucky to have a family with a toddler staying above so there was no chance to take a nap after a hike. And they managed to wake us up in the night as well - but it's not owner's fault, just a structural flaw. The place itself is amazing, just book one of the top rooms & be a considarete neighbor.

We really liked the location of the hotel surrounded by mountains and the fact that the room had a balcony was a plus. The view was fantastic - literally like a postcard. The breakfast was exceptional, variety of food and different items each day. The Receptionist Peter was always smiling, very kind and helpful whenever we needed any kind of assistance. This hotel is on average 25 mins by foot from Krupowki street but if you prefer to have exceptional views and quiet surroundings I highly recommend it as it also very cosy. We look forward to visit again one day!

When we visited (8-12 DEC 2021) there were road works on-going which affected both internet connection as well as access to the hotel by car. Due to these road works we did not have any wi-fi connection during our entire stay and had to rely only on our mobile 3g connection. It would have been appreciated if we were notified before our stay about the lack of wifi internet. The sound proofing is not very good since we could hear someone snoring from the other room.

We stayed at Willa Malinowa in Zakopane for one night and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with a wealth of recommendations for activities to do in the area. The room itself was also very cozy and comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Plus, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect, just a short 5-minute drive from Zakopane's bustling main street. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Zakopane. Thank you to the staff for such a lovely experience!

Lovely to have a balcony to admire the view. The free sauna was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Good bathroom. Coffee maker and kettle is a plus.

The soundproofing was very poor. We could hear the upstairs room especially when someone was walking about during the night! It sounded like someone wearing hobnail boots!

Everything was excellent! The room was very cosy and had a great sunrise view. The breakfast was delightful and the room has nespresso capsule coffee machine which I loved! The receptionist Barabara was so very helpful and kind as she gave us advice for all the delicious restaurants and the best places we should visit! Forever thankful to Barabara♥️

there was a minor inconvenience in the booking, bot their mistake but the system’s fault, but it was sorted. room n. 9 was a bit dirty, with a shirt and a can left on the room, but not a big deal for us.
