It was the best accommodations. In general I never write any kinds of reviews, but i need to write this time for the first time. The girl in reception was incredibly amazing. Unlike the other zakopane people, she speaks English very well and it was very nice. And even she called me a taxi. The bus systems are so complicated and there are no Uber or Bolt taxi in zakopane, it was kind of light in my trip in zakopane. And the room was also amazing. Super clean and large. The refrigerator was not so cold, but if you put your water before you go to bed, you can get a cold water when you get up. The restroom was also very clean and the hairdryer was worked well. The Television worked well and even you can watch youtube through television. But the internet speed is not so fast, just wait a bit of time. The location was normal, not that bad but little bit far from the main street. It takes around 10minutes by foot. It doesn’t take a lot.

I’ll pass the location which is unfixable. I liked this hotel so much, so i think there are no certain cons in this hotel. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I don’t eat in general. So I can’t leave any comments about it.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about it before actually arriving there. But when I arrived, it totally blew my mind. The mountain view from the balcony of room was beautiful. The room itself was decently spacious with a classic European design and vibe. The service was good as well. The receptionist provided us with a fan upon request, and we were really impressed by it. There is a play area on the terrace for children. Breakfast was a pleasant experience too for us. It's a nice place to stay when in Zakopane. Highly recommended!!

The city center (Krupowki Street) is not very near from Willa Jan. But if you are fine to take a 15 to 20 minutes walk while enjoying the views on the way, then it's not a problem at all.

The stuff is awesome, very friendly atmosphere. They ready to help and make their best to make your stay comfortable. Sauna was a pleasant bonus, I highly recommend it, especially after a long walk. The location is great. Zakopane is not so comfortable and cheap with taxi as I got used to, but the centre is in a walking distance, so I didn't need taxi at all. The room was spacious and cozy and nice mountain view. It was more comfortable than I expected tbh. A desk was good for sitting with a laptop too.

The mountain view from the window is nice, the room was clean and it looks good and cozy. Location is good - 15 mins to the downtown by foot with a beautiful view..

Soap/shampoo dispensers are disaster. I highly recommend to replace them, it's just pity to look at such a waste of soap( In general, the mansarda room is not really comfortable for the tall people, especially bathroom, you should be really careful to not bump into the ceiling. Also the white paint on the tables is a bit strange - everything sticks to the table tops a bit, even not hot items.

Breakfast was nice. The entire building is super clean. The managers in the reception desk (the gentleman & the lady) both are super-helpful. I'll definitely choose this property in future. Also recommend others.

Welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are sizeable, with plenty of space to lounge and nice views over the mountains. The breakfast has a wide selection of options. The hotel also has a sauna with steambath, which you can book in advance without additional surcharge - I really recommend it! The town is a 15-20 minutes walk away, though there are some small supermarkets nearer by.

Perhaps some minor suggestions: put a shower head holder up to the bathroom wall so that you can stand while showering, and a vegan option for breakfast would be much appreciated.

We liked all. :) - Location is not in the Zakopane old town, but also not so far from it (we had nice evening walk). But it is very close to mountain Gubalowka - you can park near hotel and go there by foot. - We had a room with view to Tatry, but also to field with sheep's. In the evening they were a bit loud, but actually it was even interesting to watching them for a while. During night they were sleeping us well. :) - Free parking place for car. - Room was big, nice and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Really cozy and beautiful view from room balcony, very comfortable bed and nice breakfast. love it and want to come back next winter. location is just perfect, 4min walking or less from ski station and just 15min walking from city center with all the best restaurants.

My friend and I are small people 1.58cm and I had to have a shower seated as the shower is in a very low position, and you can’t stand due to the size of the roof on this side of the toilet, it was not a problem for us, it was actually fun, but maybe can be a problem for tall people

Place - near Golubovka, so if you be there - try railway to the top of the mountain. Also very comfortable bed, from the balcony you can see the mountains, so morning coffee with this view - amazing. Receptionist is very good in English, what is hard to find in Poland. :) and the sheeps sounds - very good morning alarm. :) we like it!

We enjoyed the location of the willa, its interior and view.

We didn’t like the fact that we were asked to leave the room 20 mins before the checkout. The cleaning ladies disturbed us and asked to hurry up because they needed to tidy the room.
