A mini fridge would of been perfect in the room, just somewhere to keep drinks cool

The hotel was a good choice for easy access to all the restaurants and shops. The balcony was big with 2 sun loungers and table with 2 chairs, the view was not bad either. The room was cleaned daily if you requested and you are supplied with hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo and ear plugs. There is a safe, tv, but no fridge. The staff are all super friendly (big up RUI) he was great asset to the hotel, very warm and welcoming from the start and every time he was on reception. There was a lift to all floors. The hotel felt very safe at all times. Beautiful shower *** Thank you to all your wonderful staff, and your amazing manageress. This is a 2-star hotel but should be at least a 3 STAR in my opinion.

The hotel is right near all the bars so evenings can get rather loud from say 8pm until 3-4am. But their is double glazed windows and it didnt really trouble me but might trouble others if you dont like noisy places. The first day we had discount on breakfast for 5 euros, it was the usual continental breakfast, thereafter it was 10 euros which was a bit expensive as you could go outside and get a full English breakfast for 4.50 euros - 6.50 euros (this also had coffee/juice included). There was no foyer so no where to sit just straight to your room. You can leave luggage at reception on departure day. If you wish to extend time on last day, it costs 30 euros extra and you must vacate room at 3pm.

The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is very close to the beautiful beach. The hotel is also very close to many late night bars, clubs (if you like that sort of thing) and restaurants.

Nothing was wrong with the hotel as such, I just did not like Albufeira and the type of bars and clubs that were nearby. It is a real party place and more appropriate for young people. The noise was loud until late which cannot be helped.

The hotel is centrally placed on the main strip of the old town. Ear plugs were provided however, as we were on the fourth floor and had the air conditioning on (white noise) the noise from the street was not disturbing. The staff were very helpful, the front desk organised airport transfers for us, house keeping cleaned the rooms daily and changed the towels every second day.

The air conditioning basically circulated air, it did not keep the room sufficiently cool. Our twin room was very snug and there was very little room for our suitcases which we had to work from as wardrobe & counter space was very limited.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and they managed to get us a room right away. Clean, modern rooms, amazing shower, with AC. Staff were all nice and the cleaning lady very sweet.

The only downside of the property is the breakfast. If it's not included in your package it's 10 euros per day which is a bit much, if it was 5 per day I would have paid every day. The location is right at the nightlife area so if you're looking for a quiet place stay elsewhere. It didn't bother us at all, the windows cover the sound a bit and we were too tired from the day and slept through most nights.

Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. We were prepared for them to be small based on the reviews but they were just right for us! Although the hotel was located in the street were the clubs, bars and restaurants were, my family, myself and my boyfriend loved the location as everything was within walking distance. Literally a step out of the hotel and you had everything on offer without having to hop on a bus to get there. Noise wasn't a problem as we were too shattered each night and were able to sleep soundly. Overall, the hotel met our needs and offered us what we expected for a basic stay.

Another room card would have been appreciated as each room was only given 1. I asked for a spare one and they said that they don't issue another one as many people in the past have lost them.

Too much noice from the bars outside

Great location , right in the middle of the old town near the square. Clean modern room with bathroom and storage , excellent air conditioning and a small tv in the room. Shower takes a minute or so to heat fully and of good quality There was an outside space but no view just walls which was ok and I didn’t expect it (I didn’t boom a room with a balcony) If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend the first floor as the noise from the bars can be a lot so I’d suggest a higher room. Also the Wi-Fi was excellent , I’d rate this hotel more in the 3 star range in terms of room quality but it just doesn’t have any facilities that fit the criteria which is why I assume it’s a 2 star Very friendly helpful staff! Offered buffet breakfast for additional €10 and they do excursions at the desk too if needed

Good location of the hotel: a lot of different restaurants near and 2 wonderful beaches in 5 minutes. Friendly staff. The hotel is equipped with an elevator! Clean room, balcony with good view and air conditioning system.

There was no cup for soap in the bathroom. Please make note that it is very noisy (basses and loud music from bar next to the hotel) in the night (usually up to 3 a.m.)! The hotel provides ear plugs

renter beware - the noise from the bars is loud until 4am. ear plugs advised. but it the area too.
