location is very good. facing the ocean view

the staff is not kind.

The property was really nice, so central. Lots of restaurants, the beach and everything very close as well as the night clubs. It was absolutely perfect, towels supplied, shampoo, hairdryer, soap all supplied. Our room had a mini kitchen which had a kettle, microwave, lots of cutlery, pots, dishes and cups. I was very pleased. Staff was outstanding especially the cleaners would ask would we need anything daily, they gave us new towels and toilet paper every 2 days. The rooms were also loaded with many pillows and more covers and duvets in the closets. The balcony in our room was so fabulous with a view on everything. I loved hearing the music from outside from all the restaurants though I know some may not. I really enjoyed my stay with this hotel overall was outstanding. There is a pool and a gym there too! Everything is very clean. With restaurants such as Casa just outside, we would always get up early for breakfast for only 4.50 (in euros)!! Food wise there was an amazing restaurant just a 2minute walk away called Urban Pizza which had amazing food. I can not recommend this place enough as I am so incredibly happy with it. I could tan on my balcony all day long! I was concerned at first as many people said the facilities are bad however there is so much facilities around, especially when there is still a pool and gym in the hotel, but the location alone gives so many facilities. I actually had a very positive and pleasant experience so I do not find anything about the property bad.

Location is perfect. One minute walk to the beach, two minutes to the Old Town bars and a pleasant 25 minute stroll to the harbour through the Old Town. Maid service six out of seven days so plenty of clean towels.

The multi gym could do with a service and oiling and the swimming pool would be better with no shallow end so that you can actually swim but it was heated which was an unexpected bonus.

The location is good

We think the kitchenette area needs improvement, the lack of electrical sockets is a big issue, We had to place kettle on the edge of cooker to enable use of the only socket and it just about reached, likewise when we needed to make toast. This could potentially be a danger that either one could fall off edge, the only other socket was near the floor at the small table which was unsuitable for anything except charging phones etc.

The position of this property is ideal for us. Direct access to the beach and only minutes walk to the bars and restaurants without being too close to the noise of the town.

There were no facility to be able to use a parasol on the balcony although a table and chairs, along with two sun-loungers were provided, this meant we were unable to sit outside during most of the day, as there was no shade. Also there are no sink / wash basin plugs, but as we knew this previously we were already prepared.

The location was fantastic. 2 minutes of walking and you are in the ocean, passing a cafe and several restaurants on the way. Directly adjacent to the nightlife strip but far enough from the louder bar area to not be bothered by noise at night. They also provide a luggage room to store luggage outside out checkin/checkout times, which allowed us to enjoy the most of our time in Albufeira without dragging around our bags behind us. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

The plaza in front of the hotel occasionally hosts concerts. We left before the concert started but had we stayed for that time it would have been extremely loud. Check in advance for events in the plaça dos pescadores to avoid the noise if this would be a concern for you.

Such fantastic experience here with family in here.Such great location that everything is here.2mins from seaside and downstairs has nice bar and ice cream shop,restaurant,markets and everything… Sat in barcony you could hear singer with live music such great time we had!we will be back again!

If you doesn’t sleep very deep maybe you will feel noisy in the evening.But this doesn’t bother our family.My 9 years old and 11 years old are good with it also..

Location, location near to beach, shopping , grocery store and restaurants. Appreciated they had a luggage room to accommodate early arrivals this came in handy.

There was no plug for bathroom sink and tub. Also the first morning we opened the curtains to the balcony to find the balcony across the young man was standing naked outside. The photos are not matching to the rooms. They have various designs they should better displayed on booking.com

Good size of the room

Right in the centre, which is not very nice. Once night there was a concert until late and I could feel they were inside the room.

Unbelievable location with the beach and different bars and restaurants on our doorstep. No need for a car when staying here as everything needed or wanted is well within comfortable walking distance.

Honestly, it was great and I am just being picky. The indoor pool only stays open until 9pm, any time we were there there was no lifeguard or staff so it would have been nice if the pool stayed open later for us with access by key.
