The staff were very helpful and interior of the hotel is beautiful - very bright and cheerful and the sea views from the balcony were amazing 🙂 Very clean and well kept. The pool bar was closed, but the reception is 24hr and we could buy water and drinks there if needed. You're not allowed to reserve sun loungers, which is great! The pool set up is very bright and spacious, with amazing views of the town and sea.

The noise. Sadly the hotel attracts a lot of hen and stag parties and the noise levels at the pool outside our window in the morning was rough, and the sound of high heels walking around was never ending 🙈 this isn't the end of the world if you're also there for the same reasons, but this is definitely not a family friendly venue - your kids would never get to sleep 🙈 the pool is also the coldest swimming pool I've ever been in 🥶

Location was amazing. Pool was nice. Older place, but well maintained. We were comfortable with our one night stay. Very close to old town. So we were able to party all night and felt safe to walk back to the hotel.

We stayed in the apartments as a hen party group. The accommodation itself was ideal for our group, it was spacious and had beautiful views from the balcony. The block was quiet.

We met at reception to get our keys and we were told that our apartment was at a different site which is not something we were aware of prior to arrival. We had to walk down two flights of steps and up quite a steep hill to reach our apartment, thankfully we had no issue with this however others may not be able to. We only used the pool once and it was early in the evening, unfortunately we were disturbed by a local man who was very rude and insulting. He complained about noise that was causing his dog to bark. We felt this was unjustified we had only been in the pool around 10mins, weren’t particularly loud and it was around 5/6pm. Hotel staff were not particularly supportive when we spoke to them. We felt unable to use the facilities after this.

Very high quality for a 3 star. Very big, spacious, modern apartments. Pool is lovely and the location is close enough to the town and beach for it to be a short walk but far enough to be away from the noise at night. Families should be aware that this venue attracts it's fair share of stags and hens but over the course of 10 days they didn't impact on our enjoyment. Most are desperately hungover and quiet!

The music at the kiosk at the pool is too loud and a bit unnecessary. One day the kiosk was closed and for the first day out of 10 that we were there, the sunbeds were all taken. That's surely a sign that people prefer no music. They should have the kiosk open and have no music or just a little.

The pool is a lot smaller than what is perceived on the picture. Overall it was a decent room size with all appliances and facilities needed. It is walking distance to restaurants/bars and Lidl.

Nice and very big flat (superior one bedroom apartment). Flat has everything you need in the Kitchen , bathroom and balcony. Air con/heating available, also you can get wifi but depending where you are it works differently. I liked the fact it had big tall mirrors in bedroom, entrance and bathroom. Convenient location 5 minutes walk from the old town, 5 mins walk from shop Aldi and other convenient stores. There is a little restaurant 2 mins walk from there called Dona Leonor, they do very tasty Portuguese food, very affordable and good if you want to avoid the crowd in the old town. You have to know that the hotel is on top of a hill which requires some effort sometimes if you are walking around. Wasn’t a problem for us though. They’ve got 2 big pools and 1 for kids which are at different locations within the hotel resort. We ended up in building #2 and the nearest pool wasn’t the nice one you see in the pictures though. You can use all of the pools though but I think it’s good to know as some people may be disappointed not being close from the roof top pool. Good experience, friendly staff, including the lady at the pool bar, clean apartment, calm/quiet area and affordable stay.

it’s quiet area, well stocked apartment with hairdryer. iron, extra blankets. Great sofa bed…very comfortable.

There was a noisy party on the Monday night that kept my husband awake all night. Perhaps the night team could patrol the buildings to monitor such situations. Just a few things to note but they didn’t impact our stay: 1. The bedside lamp near wardrobe was not working 2. We were unable to lock the door to the balcony beside the microwave 3. the stopped in the kitchen sink would not work to stop the water. 4. a separate bin for recycling would be great 5. if a small bottle of washing up liquid could be left together with a cloth to wipe the kitchen table and surfaces 6. can you check the kettle as there was a lot of water under it one morning before I even booked it. 7. the freezer needs to be defrosted

Really helpful, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Property is only a stones throw from the best that Albufeira has to offer (though the climb out of old town on steps is a good workout !) For somewhere that can be very noisy at night this property is far enough out that you will not hear the music but close enough that you’d take no notice of popping down for milk or bread. There is an excellent Lidl store a 10 minute walk away and a very good Aldi slightly closer. Continente is only 15 minutes away and you’d get anything from a laptop to bread to alcohol there. Apartment and furnishings are no frills but very nice. Relaxed atmosphere all around and no hogging of sun loungers by the pool. Good beds for a family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Stayed in 204 which is 30 seconds from the pool and 15 seconds from the nearest Uber pickup which worked very well. No shortage of hot water for showers and very well equipped kitchen with good oven and hob.

Would’ve liked a bigger pool that was heated a bit more. The pool is perfectly functional for someone looking for a nice dip and it’s really clean but if you have a group of 5/6 people they could nearly take over the pool with no bad intentions. Shower holder is strange the way it tightens and only figured it out on the last day but we probably should’ve asked sooner.

Having the pool near by to the rooms was great. Each room was quite spacious enough to hold our family of 12 for meals. The kitchenette helped alot. Upgraded air conditioning was greatly appreciated especially with the +40C weather.

The reception area was a 7 min walk (depending on mobility status of the person) from our suite. That made it difficult to transport luggage by foot. There was a transfer van provided if needed. Several small ants found throughout the suite that we could not figure out how they got inside. The beach was a 10-15min walk from the property. Overall, the suite itself needed some updating such as a broken kettle, leaking sink, burnt out light bulbs, and broken cabinet doors. One family suite did have a broken air conditioner. They were able to provide another room about 2 days after check-in.

Nice pool area, friendly staff and accomdating for large groups.
