Do not be put off by the appearance of the front of the hotel, it doesn’t have much kerb appeal but once inside this is a very clean hotel, staff lovely and friendly, plenty of sun beds by the pool, cocktails delicious, restaurant was nice for lunch, very spacious 1 bed apartment with air con in the bedroom and living area, apartment cleaned daily, entertainment each night in the bar. Hotel a bit of a walk away from the old and new town is (closer to the old town), we sometimes used an Uber in the evenings to get around.

No daytime activities by the pool, not central to the old of new town, it’s on a busy road.

Hotel was walking distance to the Old Town and the Strip, Food first class, will stay again 😊

Only one room key was a hassle most nights

Location perfect, about 8 minute walk to centre. Hotel was extremely clean and staff quite attentive. Food was delicious. Neg fir us was the sunbed situation and people reserving. We actually only visited pool 2 tines as we could nit get beds.we ended up with family at luna sol aqua.

Everything was clean, cleaning was offered everyday if needed, change of towels daily and linnen 2 times a week. Bed firm. Good choice of tv channels and wifi, which worked inside the room but not on the balcony. I found staff to be friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation to stay again. Hotel offers bar and restaurant which I did not use so cannot comment.

Excellent location, next to a supermarket and not far from The Strip, beach and Old Town

In need of a bit of upgrading. Not awful, but beds a bit hard.

Great helpful friendly staff, good location and facilities. Food very good on site. Lovely pool. Adequate sunbeds.

Can be a bit noisy at times. One night the noise/ party in apartment above was going on too long into the night. However once I reported this to reception, it was dealt with very swiftly by a lovely gentleman. Although towels/bedding are changed daily, it would have really helped if floor was cleaned even once or twice a week...the tiny brush left in apartment made it impossible to keep clean.

Due to the system used in the hotel, you could only get one key card per room, the power the room can only be turned on with this key card. This can cause some problems if someone wants to go to bed early.

I booked for my father and he did not have anything but good things to say about this place. The staff were very good whenever he needed anything, very helpful and the room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. We definitely will be booking to stay here again! Very close to the Albufeira masjid which is the main reason I booked this one for my father. And shopping very close too.

Very nice apartment, spacious and very clean. Nice big balcony and pool was lovely. There were some toiletries and a decent hairdryer in the bathroom and the kitchen facilities were good.

Quite noisy at night, my apartment was above the outside seating area for the bar and I had to ring reception at 2.35 am one morning to complain about the noise.

Great location for access to Old and new town, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants close by, supermarket virtually next door. Exceptionally clean and staff very friendly. Well equipped room, if a little dated, shower great. 2 large pools and beautiful bar/restaurant terrace area. Great value for money.

The beds! The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable, having stayed here 3 times previously and not having a problem, I can only assume they are due to be renewed?
