Indoor Pool was awesome as the outdoor pool was very cold. The Bar was spacious and clean. The house keeping team was amazing and kept the rooms spotless.

The outdoor pool was so cold, I know this is because of the time of year but heating the pool would help with this. The indoor pool made up for it though.

Pool facilities and location were our favourite part of the hotel. Ideal for both families and friends travelling as it is so close to both Old Town and New town. Taxi very accessible and the supermarket is only 2 minute walk away. Very good air conditioning and water pressure in the shower too.

There was a bad smell coming from the pipes at certain stages of the day as we were on level 1 unsure whether it was just our floor or not. The Spa was also closed during our stay so couldn't try that.

Breakfast was good. Parking was really available. Pool was great

Location was further away from the old city than was promoted. Also my husband wanted to bring a cup of tea for me to the room as we had included breakfast with our rate and the hotel wanted to charge him a euro to do so which I thought was petty. Staff rushed you a bit at breakfast by clearing the table when you had barely finished eating.

There was two beds (not one king size) and they were moving, so my husband fell between them 😄

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a nice balcony and the kitchens are equipped with the (very) basic necessities. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is located in a convenient district that is within easy walking distance of the beach and city center.

The pools, bars and restaurants were all closed for winter maintenance during our day. We knew this in advance so it wasn't a problem, but it was still disappointing.

With the exception of the Restaurant that I will never use again everything was as I expected (I have stayed there before). I only went to the restaurant twice - each time for the Penne Pasta;- The first time I was there alone and there were three other people in the restaurant including me. The pasta was luke-warm, however, the extra Parmesan cheese I had asked for came and I ate the meal rather than make a fuss. The second time I ordered a portion of fries too; there were only two others and myself this time but my meal took over 40 minutes to arrive. I had asked for extra Parmesan again. My disappointment was acute when my pasta was stone cold (and I mean stone cold) and some bright spark had grated cheddar cheese all over it. Someone needs to tell the chef that the only cheese you put on Pasta ever is Parmesan. I really like this hotel and hope to return next year.........but not to eat in the restaurant. The bar restaurant people were much more on the ball but wouldn't do me the pasta to take out when I could have microwaved it and put my own cheese on it.

disappointedly pool was not being maintained/nor any work being done on so although it looked so good and inviting was not usable! Another hotel Brisa Sol next door had their pool open!

Staff were excellent anything we asked for was done promptly and with smiles. Beautiful hotel which was lovely and quiet. Excellent facilities the pool was amazing and our apartment was a great size for a family. Breakfast catered for everyone which was great.

On our arrival we got the smell of sewer in our apartment which worsened after a few days. We reported it and were moved straight away. We got the smell on one more occasion in our new apartment. This i don't blame on the hotel i actually blame the weather as it was unnaturally hot. Ive already booked for next year.

Location to old town and shopping centre. Lovely pool and the room a good size. Staff very friendly.

Would have been handy to have an iron in the room and a brush and dust pan.

check in wasn’t till 4pm and the staff went above and beyond to have our room ready for 2 room cleaned every day and towels and linen changed every day cleaning staff were fabulous plenty of sun beds by the pool and no holding beds with towels and plenty of umbrellas available perfect location between old and new town 10th d walk both ways amd €3 in a taxi plenty of bars and shops around and beach 10 mins walk not too noisy either hotel spotless may 2023

only down fall was there prices in the pool bar very very expensive when there is a massive supermarket across the road where you can buy all your groceries and beer and water but you couldn’t spend €14 for a pint coke and small bag of chips
