The apartment, 435, was spacious, clean, and well equipped. It overlooked the green/pool area. The beds were quite comfy compared to some I have stayed in at similar apartments. There were two sofa beds in the sitting area and a well equipped kitchenette ( 2 ring cooker, oven, fridge, sink and accessories) with a dining table and chairs. The balcony was quite spacious with a table and chairs. The bathroom was large, with a bath/shower (although I would suggest swapping the bath curtains out for a glass door), a large sink area, bidet, and toilet. The water pressure is amazing, to the extent that at full pressure, my shower head sometimes popped out of its holder on the wall. The apartment had separate air-conditioning units in the bedroom and kitchen/sitting room. This was included. there is no need to pay additional for the remote at reception. There is a safe in the room that we did not use, though it seems like you pay for the lock. Blackout curtains on the 2 patio doors, with a net curtain over them to ensure privacy during the day. Housekeeping came daily if you wanted it. A little more attention could be paid to areas out of sight (such as under the bed) and the base of the bath. The swimming pool area had plenty of sunbeds, most free, with the option to hire a better quality sunbed and umbrella. We were never stuck for a seat or a sunbed. The hotel is located between the old and new town, though slightly closer to the new town. 10 mins walk to new town, 15 to old town. There are plenty of options for food and drink on the way to both. I think many of the people writing them don't understand the level of accommodation to expect for the price point at this hotel. It is not five stars, or even 4 stars, but for what I paid for 9 nights for a 1 bedroom apartment, it was perfectly acceptable. It is dated in the main apartment block, with a few bungalows that were more modern. The reception is very large, staff are ok.

The grates around the swimming pool could do with replacing or power washing at a minimum. The pool is large and cold and not overly chlorinated. The pool bar/restaurant is mediocre for food and expensive for both food and drink. My opinion is they would have more people buying from them if they reduced these costs and accepted cards, as many buy the much cheaper options in the spar shop or the very nearby shopping centre. The hotel bar is similarly overpriced, with a variety of musical entertainment each night.

The pool facility was brilliant, staff very friendly particularly the night staff that checked us in when we arrived and gave us keys each evening when we were back! Lots of facilities such as poolside bar and shops inside the hotel!

The oven in the room did not work and the air conditioning did not work at first but we got it sorted!

I loved the indoor pool the staff were friendly and helpful especially a lady at reception called Michelle. rooms were cleaned daily, bedding and towels changed daily also. I was given a room earlier than check in which I found helpful. The room was equipped with everything you could need and when I did have a problem with the oven it was sorted within minutes.

The manager came into the pool area ranting and raving about swimming caps not being worn in the pool I thought he could have been a little more professional in his actions letting people know the rules instead of shouting flinging his hands about and embarrassing people. The jacuzzi and pool area and the rooms could do with some updating. If you want cheap and cheerful go for it if you want luxury pay more.

Brilliant hotel with fantastic facilities and staff. Outdoor pool was cold being that it was December so the indoor heated pool was a good addition. Didn’t use the gym as I was on holiday and I’m not mental but it looks very well equipped. This is my second time in this hotel and I look forward to returning again. Location is great with the shopping centre a 2 minute walk away and has a large supermarket in it. Soap, shampoo and shower caps all complimentary from the hotel and good cooking facilitates.

I can’t fault this hotel in the slightest other than if you have kids be careful with the balcony’s they don’t have a safety bar and the wall is quite low

the flooring in the 4 bed house we stayed in could do with some TLC. also the main bathroom off the kitchen smelt of sewage occasionally so we put in air freshener . also we requested a check in for 2pm which we were told no problem, but didn’t get the room til after 4pm

Perfect location, facilities were great, pool staff were very kind and happy and brilliant with the kids. Would highly recommend

I would suggest with children around to watch the explicit music at the pool on our last day the music was great but there was some explicit language with children everywhere

It’s good, clean and great location.

Being charged for using sun beds / the free sun beds being ones that only allow you to sit horizontally. Better sunbeds should be included in the price. Mattress was rock hard and very thin. The bars were all cash only.

The room was spacious and had a nice view with a modern look. The pool was big and always in the sun. The location was perfect, right next to many shops and equal distance to old and new town.

The WiFi was terrible, they said that it would cut out every 30 mins and we would have to reconnect but it was more like every 5 mins and was very bad when it was connected. Tap water also came out brown when hot water was used, so we stopped using it and had to buy water.

we loved the room it was spotless and the view was spectacular. Our room was cleaned everyday and it was nice to come back to clean towels

when we arrived the outdoor pool was being fixed and we were not made aware of this. The small paddling pool there was so many people in it. The indoor pool was cold and not heated and the jacuzzi had a sign on it saying out of order. We were very disappointed about this. The staff were not very informative and when we needed information they did not know anything. We wanted to use the spa and forgot our phones so we could not contact the spa we asked could we use the hotel phone and no way did they want to help us.

It was a great location, the room we got was a great size couldn’t of got a better room, enough day beds at the pool, great atmosphere & rooms was cleaned everyday
