Great hotel, especially for the price. Staff were great, relaxed atmosphere, impressive set-up and great communication since initial booking. Would not hesitate to stay here again with my family or a group again. Prices not too bad at the pool bar. Had a great stay, all the fellas commented on how impressed they we're with the hotel

Nothing to dislike.

The staff, location, swimming pool and overall cleanliness of the bedroom were great. The hotel is close to one of Albufeira's regions with plenty of bars and restaurants, but not too close that music is audible from the hotel. The facilities were also a plus, with a swimming pool with bar/snacks, 24h reception, and parking on the premises.

The sound insulation of the bedroom wasn't good, so it was possible to hear the noise from the avenues nearby and also of the drunk group of guests in the hallway. The bed mattress could be more comfortable. But besides these 2 points the stay was great.

Ourabay apartments are in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the strip and 15 minute walk or 5 euro taxi to old town, also supermarket right across the street The rooms are great, we had city view from balcony Pool area is excellent plenty of beds and great bat Staff were friendly and helpful throughout 2nd time staying here in a year, will be back

Only thing I didn't like was the pillows on the bed

Loved it from the day we arrived until the day we left, The Lady on the hotel Desk during the day was lovely with us, As was the Gentleman on at night... Sorry I can't remember their names, As was the pool security Guy Lewis... Thank You for making our family trip Special... We can't wait to come back...

The Guy Running the bar at the pool area, I Was asked by him why I'm not lying at the pool, I told him I don't swim and therefore don't wanna be paying Double the price for his Drinks just to use a sunbed as I had done the day before, Told be told by him with a cheeky Grin on his face ( And sometimes Treble The Price ) As he walked away into the hotel to complain about me sitting at the Entrance of the hotel over looking the pool area with my own Drink, 30 - 40 people sitting at the pool area and he still wanted little old me to be paying his outrageous prices, I had a chat with the lovely Lady on the desk and I was told I can sit there if I want 😁.. But everything else about this hotel was fantastic... ❤️

Located in the perfect position. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 5 minutes to the strip, bus stop right opposite to the old town. Fantastic

Other than not able to help with somethings due to COVID restrictions nothing

I really liked the location of this accommodation, it's close to all the party scene and a short walk away from the beach. Room is super spacious and I bet if I would have visited in warmer times, the pool would have been amazing!

I felt like the kitchen was a bit unequipped, there was no dishwasher liquid or sponge... that made it tough to keep it tidy-if you stay more than a day or 2 it's not ideal. Also the whole place would benefit from a bit of renovation. Beds are old and not exceptionally comfortable. Probably limited to my case, I found it a bit unprofessional from the staff telling me to pay attention to people from Africa as they would steal my belongings ....

Fantastic Hotel, Counter Staff were great, Arrived at Night and check-in was so simple, The Gentleman on the desk ( Manager ) was great with us, We had a misunderstanding about a booked Taxi, But he got that sorted with no problems, And the lady on during the day made us feel Rite at Home 😁 Sorry I can't remember their Names... Even Lewis the security man at the pool Was Very pleasant with us, Thank You all so Much for a Super Week in your Hotel... Lee & Lynn ❤️

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Had an upgrade to a one bed apt from a studio. Very spacious with everything needed for self catering. Also had iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The complimentary large bottle of cold water waiting in the room was appreciated. View was the car park and the hotel next to it, wasn't bothered as only staying for one night. Pool was lovely and ample sun beds. Everything close and within walking distance.

Fabulous apartment. Cleaned and changed towels everyday.staff was brilliant. Pool areas, everything was exceptional. 5 minutes from strip and shops.

There was nothing negative about the apartments. or the area fat cats bar and restaurant 2mins away food was fab and the service .and so cheap.x

I had an adapted first floor apartment with an amazing adapted bathroom. The staff do go out of there way to help if you need it. If you have a problem they will help.?

The only thing is that to get to the apartments there is a fairly steep ramp for wheelchair user access. However that’s certainly not going to stop me using again
