Beautiful hotel, well maintained gardens and pool areas. Staff friendly. Spa is lovely and very clean. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

If you need any help the delays are very long. ( we couldn't turn the TV off as the remotes where not working, this we reported to the reception but after waiting hours we went and bought some batteries, so we could turn the TV off and sleep at night, next day the staff turned up to ask if they could check our problem, not very efficient). The all-inclusive hotel is something that I like but here I wouldn't recommend, the breakfast is great but the dinners where not the highlights of the day. The selection is not the expected and the quality is far from being the best.

The food in the restaurant was not always hot. The options for breakfast was not as luxurious as promised.

The resort is very nice and big, plenty of space to walk

The staff needs to get more training and get conscious of what they are doing. Beds need to be checked because it seems the bedding is not big enough. There is a lack of Portuguese speakers, and because of that the description of the food was wrong many times. I would suggest to make covers on the food that is on the buffet in order to have still in the proper conditions and warm. This is 5 star property were some details need to be rechecked.

Fantastic service and fantastic food

Could have been cleaner especially in the spa area. The room cleaning could also have been better. All in all though still good.

the location and the type of property: it’s like a small village. My children were thrilled!

Need to have proper vegetarian and vegan options well labelled in all the restaurants as very difficult to know which food was vegetarian or vegan

Nice relaxing resort. Great selection of pools. The entertainment has improved vastly. Big shout out to the entertainment team as they included both kids and adults in the afternoon workshops. Kids club staff are great.

Toilets by shore need to be tended to more. They are the closest toilets to 2 of the pools, so can be very wet at times with toilet paper missing. Food on the cold side at the buffet and very repetitive. Little food choice for kids in the restaurants. Service can be very slow in the restaurants. Not all staff seemed to be trained on the basics of waitering. Premier package is not value for money. There are no real perks other than premium drinks and the private breakfast service. If staying for.less than 7 days the other perks are not included, eg. Zoo marine tickets, spa vouchers etc. Black out blinds in the bedroom were mialigned allowing light in early morning which can disrupt kids sleep.

Restaurant has great buffe with good food and drinks and good alternatives to those who have allergies. And receptionists were kind and we got quick support for things we needed. It was clean everywhere. The distance to beach was not long and the beach had great view of cliffs. Animation team was great .

The sea was cold and had many waves. So it will be better for those who likes surfing. The room was a little bit small for 4 people. I did not have warm clothes with me and even if it is hot during the day it was cold in the evening.

Very clean & staff really attentive. Food in Steak Restaurant was very nice but need to book well in advance also along with the Italian restaurant. Nice Adults only pool with plenty of beds etc.

Quite a way out with not much around. Evening entertainment was very poor for Adults . Food in the main restaurant wasn’t very hot on a lot of occasions. No shower to use around the Adults only pool either before a swim or after. Also no toilets by adults only pool had to go to restaurants to use one - getting dressed every time 🤦🏻‍♀️.

The staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere on the resort, if there was something we needed help with or had a special wish we could always ask and the staff tried there best to accommodate us. This being an all inclusive resort the food was delicious at all times, our favorites was the steakhouse and the buffé restaurant. The amazing bartenders could mix any type of drink you desired and even on the standard all inclusive we received drinks made from Havana Club rum, Bombay gin, Smirnoff vodka and so on. The hotel was very clean and the was both in the room, at the pool areas, the bars and the restaurants. The hotel is about 800 meters from the beach, it is a bit of a steep walk but if that is to much for you there even was a train going every half hour from the hotel to the Alvor beach and back. And if you aren't a big fan of the beach the pool areas are super nice as well, there is an adult pool area, an area with 3 pools for everyone and a kids pool. There is even a doctor on the resort.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, we received more than what we expected from this vacation. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel..
