A relaxing hotel to stay

The bar closed at 11pm and the staff turned the lights out at 10.45. There was no entertainment, I expected a guitarist or a small band. The A la carte restaurant was very disappointing, the "Italian Restaurant" was very poor. I have never known an Italian restaurant that didn't have Lasagne or Cannelloni on its' menu.

Large hotel with many leisure options, beautiful beaches, good restaurants. good food and drinks inside the hotel too, plus a nice swimming pool with a lovely sea view, everything was amazing.

Staff were really helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The hotel was further from the town than i would have liked but close to the beach. We walked in on the boardwalk. It was on the edge of the beach. Took us approximately 35 mins to reach Alvor.

Rudeness of some hotel guests, which is not the hotels fault, especially at dinner time. Obviously, some feel entitled to push in and not wait their turn.We tried to avoid this by eating at quieter times. Im not sure i would go all inclusive again due to the behaviour of others,

rooms were contemporary and modern. very clean. great proximity to beach and lovely boardwalk into Alvor. food was amazing every meal. loads of choice and very fresh. staff were friendly and helpful. large balcony. great views from upper floors. my first all inclusive holiday which was more enjoyable than I expected due to such good quality food and attentive staff.

public areas need updating. huge extractor one side of hotel so ask for a room away from them. opt for pool side. it is Aimed at families. so if you want a peaceful holiday this is not the hotel though you could sit in shaded areas away from busy pool.

Very friendly and polite hotelstaffs. Good service 24 hours. Nice view from the 9th floor balcony. Very good all-inclusive foods and drinks. Excellent beaches. Good trekking tracks. Big everyday-cleaning room. 5 courts tennis center next door. 20 euro per hour. Very impressive and kind gesture from the receptionist crews. We checked out 12 o'clock, but had to wait for ours taxi at 13 o'clock. They let we use all the hotels facilities including foods and drinks.

Stinking toilet. We don't know why. It's been cleaned everyday during our stay. Uncontrolled aircondition and fan. Not working most of the time.

The room was perfect myself and my daughter shared a spacious double room. The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was super. We swam everyday and thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the Atlantic Gardens Restaurant. I took a daily walk along the boardwalk looking out at the beach right behind the hotel stunning views.

I love a glass of wine with my dinner, the tables were set with napkins, cutlery, water and two glasses but on only one evening we were asked would we like a drink from the waiters every other evening I had to chase the waiters for my glass of wine, that was a pain

Great location with a private path to the beach, with one of the best scenic beaches in the area. Excellent food, coffee machines everywhere, self-serve beer tap was a plus. Self-serve snacks, yogurt, had a station with baby food as well, never saw that before. Facilities were very good, mini golf, tennis and soccer field in great condition. Great for families, the sofabed was quite comfortable with real mattresses. Beautiful balcony with very nice furniture. Not crowded in October, lots of loungers by the pool. Compared to a Carribean all-inclusive it was miles superior.

Very minor items, didn't have quite enough towels in the room for 4. The elevator seemed quite dusty and full of fingerprints. First room the AC didn't work but they were very fast to check and moved us to a new room.

The view from the room was fantastic. Large, modern and extremely clean room. Arrived late and was provided by a good selection of food. Pools and facilities were very good All inclusive really does mean all inclusive at this hotel.

Quite a long walk into town, although taxied are available at about 5 euro. Entertainment around the main pool a little noisy at times.

Hotel & staff absolutely fantastic. The facilities / All inclusive options were second to none. Gorgeous food and service is excellent. Plenty of lovely cocktails available plus fabulous wine/Prosecco and beer. You can eat and drink to your hearts content all day long, the pools are lovely, plenty of sunbeds and a nice shaded area under trees is available also. Beach 2 min Walk which is also gorgeous.

Nothing I didn’t like

We liked the room, the views from the balcony, facilities… the food was delicious, but mostly the same every day. The best thing was that the hotel is next to beautiful beach. We just loved that.

The entertainment team was very quiet, you can see them around, but apart bingos, some table games, kids club during the day and stretch in the morning not much happened..
