Really great location. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are busses to Lagos and Portimão. The staff was really friendly and the facilities of the hostel were great: well equipped kitchen, large dorm, great common area. The hostel is cleaned every day by two very friendly ladies. Moreover, the price for a night was quite cheap which was totally worth it.

The bathroom doesn't have windows and it gets extremely damp in there. I feel like the hostel should do something against this. As this decreases the cleanliness of the bathroom. I did not very much like the temperature in the dorm which was quite high, I would have loved some fresh air in there. Also I would have liked some thicker sheets. At this time of year there weren't any other backpackers which was unfortunate.

Spacious dorm rooms. Comfortable beds. 24 hour reception. Large very very well equipped kitchen and dining room. And a swimming pool. Great hostel. Highly recommended.

The hostel was clean and in a good location. It was nice that they had easy parking and easy access to food, beaches, pool, etc.

The rooms without AC were stifling, but with the AC was super cold (with the light blankets given). Made getting comfortable at night tough.

I can not rate this hostel high enough, it was fabulous!! On arrival, I was met with a smile from the man on reception and given all information. The two young boys kept our dorm spotless and cleaned every day throughout the hostel. The facilities in the hostel were excellent and there was plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen, even a fresh coffee machine. The location of the hostel is central to everything, there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away. This is the best hostel I have stayed in and have already booked to come back!

There was nothing I did not like

Everything was perfect. The common space was big enough for everyone to chill on their own. Kitchen was big and provided everything you needed. Great location just a few minutes of walk to the beach. The pool was so great and the pubs and restaurants around super nice! I loved the friendly staff who helped with everything I needed. I had a 4-bed dorm so there was enough space and privacy for me, the private bathroom in each room i s a game changer! Felt like a hotel really!

This hostel exceeded my expectations. It is super clean, super white. Dedicated staff to maintain hygiene and keep it sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious, strong beds, there is so much space between beds you can barely cross with your neighbors. Room has constant fresh air, AC is on, fan is on when necessary Kitchen sparkling white, clean, all kitchen utensils are available, its almost like home away from home. You can bring your stuff and cook. Kitchen is also very spacious, very big. 2 big fridges for personal use. Receptionists amazing Location, just outside the hostel there are so many restaurants, convenient store, like 10 ft away, I kid you not. Alvor beach is like less than a Km or a km away. Walking distance. So many eat-outs and shopping stores close-by Reception open 24 hrs

Honestly nothing ;) Only thing I had a problem with was bathrooms, the shared bathrooms were always untidy, even though the cleaners do thorough cleaning daily. I guess its because they are shared, otherwise the bathroom are also very tidy and white!

I had a perfect stay at this hostel! Everything was just amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. The bathrooms are spotless, and the showers have great water pressure with hot water available at all times. The bedsheets are always fresh, super white, and clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Firstly it feels like coming home. Like everything. Treated with so much respect by the professional staff here who do such a fantastic job dealing with so many different dynamics of people, at a very busy time. Cleanliness is second to none. Cleaning staff work very hard. The standards here are exemplary ❤️ The vibe is just amazing. Like Minded people stay here hope it stays this way.

Only complaint is that there are not enough hanging hooks in the bathroom. I hate to complain as this place is fantastic. ,🥰

Clean, tidy, safe place. Central location. Friendly staff. Good facilities.

The noise from the bar at night - situated in the complex. Music and loud noise goes on nightly until about 0100. One night it was until about 0200. Not an issue if you are out at this time, but does make it hard to get to sleep. I expected some noise but this felt excessive. Left me tired every morning. Not sure if windows can be sound proofed more or what the laws are around pubs and noise exceeding certain hours in a residential area - if any? Was the only thing letting the place down- otherwise excellent facilities and service. I’m a sound sleeper usually- so was unusual for me.

- big pool which wasn’t busy at all and you can choose to either pay 4€ for the sun beds but it wasn’t needed as great grass area with trees and natural shade was right next to it - everything was new, clean and maintained - air conditioning - big supermarket 2 minutes walk - beach 8 minutes walk - old town that was alive 10 minutes walk all the way to the beautiful sunset in the marina - free parking right next to the hotel - sweeties staff - well equipped kitchen - wide variety of restaurants with reasonable price right next to it
