loved the location on the Brach , the rooms where spacious and clean with pleasing decor, loved the wide bath. Beautiful walks along the board walk and 10 min walk into village ,with plenty to do. Breakfast was self service and top quality products . You won’t go hungry the management sent us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my husbands birthday 72

The sunbeds plenty of them but not comfortable sunken in the middle . it would of been nice to be told if we could or could not use the Balinese beds , as No notices around Breakfast no one to explain ins and outs of the breakfast , Tea, cold,milk, a toaster ? could I have had a poached egg instead of scrambled etc.

Good location for town. exceptionally helpful staff and all very pleasant. Great location on the beach and beside the boardwalk.

We booked a deluxe double with sea view but was disappointed to find there was no balcony. Our room was also up a very steep flight of stairs once inside the door and this caused me a problem as I have hip and knee troubles. Also, lacking in hanging space and NO drawers, I could not fit 14 days worth of clothing in what was provided if we had been staying any longer and nowhere to lay things down. looks amazing but very impractical.

The staff made us very welcome. The hotel has lovely little touches eg: personalised chocolates on arrival and breakfast packs when departing if too early for breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is constantly cleaned and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms on the West side have an amazing view and the food we had was great. All staff work really hard at all times. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning at some point in the future!

The setting of this hotel is amazing, the pools are fabulous, so close to the boardwalk and the beach. There are plenty of free sunbeds and no towel hogging by anyone. Good choice at breakfast-quality of food is average. The whole place is super clean throughout. The terrace rooms that are right in front of the pool are the best-you get your own private sunbeds on the grass just in front of the pool. The female hotel manager was excellent as was the reception guy called ?Andre-both very friendly and helpful. Overall-I would 100% stay here again.

The cleaning staff mostly came very late in the day-it was always close to 4.30/5pm which was very odd until Saturday morning when they started banging on my door at 9.30AM which woke me up from my sleep. The wait staff were a mixed bag-some amazing who went above and beyond and some that didn't appear to have a clue what they were doing-just seamed very young and inexperienced. I think most of this was poor English-they didn't seem to understand basic requests. I asked for a latte one morning and one guy just said no as he looked at me blankly. Asked someone else 2 minutes later and he said yes no problem.

Hotel was excellent, the staff from check-in onwards where so accomodating and helpful. Everyone was great to deal with and where so friendly. Extremely close to the center of alvor wether you decide to walk by the boardwalk or main roads. Excellent location with the beach on the doorstep. For those wondering there was tea and coffee facilities in the room, pool towels provided, and the vast majority of rooms had balconies(outdoor space if on ground floor)

Cannot fault the hotel it was lovely. The choice available in the sea deck restaurant could have been better.

The staff were amazing! I have special diet and each meal they were so proactive and attentive. Really outstanding service. We had one of the best stays there due to difference made by the staff.

Variety of menu, after a couple of lunches.. You feel like you need something new.. May be a daily specials would be perfect.

I liked the staff, the facilities, location the professionalism of most of the staff. The feel for the hotel.

The pillows themselves were too big for my liking on the bed. The system when ordering food doesn't seem to be able to be done quickly. Instead the staff should deliver the drink or food and organise their till after the food or drink is received could be waiting even though no-one else is there. I mean by waiting 5 6 minutes as they have to wait for each other to use the one till and it seemed like another person is on it asking them questions about the order. Very slow system. Staff though friendly and great attitude but unfortunately slow.

The bed was really uncomfortable The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor on every use! Read similar reviews prior to our stay from a year ago and a little disappointing that I'm writing the same review a year on and nothing has been changed!

My only complaint was the music played in the bar and restaurant area techno dance music all day in a hotel where guests are middle aged or very young families was not suitable they need to rethink their play list

Right on the ocean, through the gate puts you directly on the boardwalk that goes a long way. We loved our daily walks on it. The breakfast was among the best I’ve had. Everything was available. Our servers were so nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and for the non beach lovers, there’s 4 pools.

Our bedroom had a nice big terrace, and a good bathroom with a big tub, but the room with the pullout bed was in a dark room.
