Everything was lovely .The rooms are so big and spotless .Towels changed most days and bottled water replenished .Breakfast was a great choice and something for everyone .We used the indoor pool and spa and it was lovely ,very clean and staff were very nice .We had a treatment in the spa on one of the days and it was a lovely experience and very reasonable .Staff were so nice and helpful .Full of smiles .We were just on a b&b basis so cant comment on food all Inclusive.We did have lunch in Grand Cafe bar which was nice .Short walk from town and cheap taxi ride away .Cant wait to return ,

Was not much we didnt like .If I was to pick something it is that the pillows could do with updating but a small moan really in compassion to the rest of the positives .

Really nice room, large balcony and all very comfortable. Hotel itself was very impressive/grand and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Shop on site very useful and child friendly. Good breakfast. Nice big pool though we went in August so it was extremely busy.

A complimentary tea bag/coffee pod and water in the room would've been nice and welcoming. Good selection of food for dinner but would've been nice to have a 1-2 more child-friendly options like fresh pizza made on site. A little far for kids to walk to the beach. Most of the sunbeds were covered with towels from early in the morning.

Attention to detail, little extras like free shuttle bus to the beach, rental of towels, you only needed to give a deposit which was returned when towels were. The staff were amazing. Every single one of them appeared happy to work there,, loved their job. From the staff at reception to the entertainment staff, cleaners, staff in the restaurants. Everyone was so attentive, welcoming and polite. The kids entertainment was brilliant, always something to do and included the family too. The hotel was absolutely spotless, fresh towels and cleaning done each day in the rooms. Overall we delighted with our stay and will be recommending to friends and will return again.

The only thing I can fault are the pillows! They were too small.

The Hotel and Staff was Fabulous, Pool and facilities were great.

Bookings.com did not advise that you had to pay to use the gym, they advised that you only had to pay for Spa & Turkish bath. Its the first time I have ever had to pay for using a gym in a Hotel which was a big put off, also the gym only opened at 9.30 which meant we missed breakfast as it finished at 10.00, Last, the food at times was not always hot mostly Luke warm.

Breakfast was a little limited, fry could be hotter. Room & view was perfect. Would have been nice to have the option of a room to shower & change when you have a late flight, spa was unsuitable.

The option to have the room for a few extra hours, happy to pay. Bit far from the beach but bus was a bonus. The staff at breakfast were a little annoying, I’d barely put my fork down & my plate was whipped away. We had the room till 12 the morning we were leaving, but they knocked at 9 to see if we were ready to go so they could clean the room!

Great pool & food was really good with plenty of options. Staff are very nice and hotel is in excellent condition.

There is one of the accommodation blocks at the end of buildings that is not pool view, not unless you hang over the balcony and look backwards so these should not be considered by the hotel or sold as pool view. Some pple might prefer these rooms, they are quiet and have a nice view of the garden and down towards the town but it's 100% not pool views. Two years in a row we had to ask to be moved, :-) even do we requested/booked pool view, as our daughter loves the pool and was very disappointed when we got to our room. The hotel moved us the next day which we appreciated but I think it could easily be avoided.

Overall, hotel was excellent,. Very modern with great facilities and staff. Staff could not have been more helpful and super friendly. We did not have all-inclusive as we like to eat out on holiday so cant comment on lunch/dinner but breakfast was good. Common areas spotless and pool first rate, with families at one end. Outside area large, with walks and very well kept. Room was massive, with small separate living area and large balcony. Spotless with regular cleaning. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom (with bath). Shower great, powerful. Loads of storage. Cant fault room at all. Fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave, crockery/cutley etc. Exceeded expectations in every ways. Impressed and we always stay 4 star. We will be back

The hotel was very clean, good bar, breakfast, and entertainment. The pool was great and the slides were great for our daughter of 2 years of age. The bus was also very convenient to the beach.

Room service was advertised on the leaflet upon entering, which we wanted to use on the first day as we were travelling for 24 hours. However the first person hung up on us, and then the next person said "you have to come to reception". This is not room service. The price for beer was double that of Alvor town.

Very clean and all the staff are excellent with kids. Lots of activity all the time. Breakfast was very good with fresh food. The shuttle to the beach is very handy

My only small criticism is the night time entertainment is extremely loud. We had a pool view room so I assume if you have a room on the other side of the hotel this would not be a problem

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were lovely and clean. Entertainment was great and pool was lovely.

The food. Unfortunately we found the food very repetitive and a lot of the meat/fish was over cooked. It was also badly labelled which made it very difficult for me as I’m allergic to gluten.
