The facilities were amazing. They had a snooker table, table tennis, tennis court, football field, spa, inside and outside pool and gym ALL included in the price, free of charge (even the snooker) The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and the food is amazing, with fresh ingredients and a lot of variety.

Although the room was clean, it didn't appear well maintained. The walls needed painting, the surfaces were old and run down... It wouldn't have been a problem in a 3 star hotel but we felt like it didn't match the 4 star classification (in regards to rooms, the remaining hotel was really well maintained with a perfect old new balance, especially the dinning area)

Great quiet hotel with the nice pool. Beautiful place, I Love it. People is very supportive and helpful. Total blackout curtain in the room, I'm very sensitive to night light and this curtain was VERY good. There are several places for walking near the hotel.

WiFi in the hotel just don't work. Poor signal or no signal at all in our room. In the lobby there was good signal, but after connecting there was no internet connection through the hotel WiFi. Nevertheless, hotel management is determined to help and give me access to the closed network for hotel staff, and I could sit near reception and work. Thanks a lot!

The location is great, near the center but right next to the beautiful green wood area. The reception lady at night had amazing energy.

The reception duo during day aren't very welcoming, one of both doesn't greet the guests and just ignores us until the second receptionist which speaks english comes to our help.

absolutely stunning location in the hills of Braga. Gorgeous hotel with exquisite pool and grounds. The restaurant for dinner was delicious

I thought it was walkable to town, but it isn’t! The grounds made up for it!

seems to be lacking personnel as one employee was often taking care of multiple areas. the beds (mattresses) need replacement.

This is a beautiful hotel. A little worn and shabby, but perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and the grounds surrounding the hotel are gorgeous. It was a lovely stay.

Service in the restaurant was excellent but the food was so salty that it was inedible. We would have stayed an additional night but we didn't want to have to drive into the city for dinner and the hotel restaurant's meals were not an option.
