The breakfast wasn’t that good and didn’t have good variety

I had a disappointing experience with the breakfast hostess, the hotel should invest more on customer service training, besides that unpleasant experience the entire staff were outstanding, would highly recommend the hotel

Best hotel room ever, it had everything, Sean views available. Great location close to metro and trams, plus restaurants

The scrambled eggs are bad, amazing but true. Not once but 3/4 days.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. The location was excellent, in the Alfama but because it was right beside the river it was flat. It's the second time I stayed in the hotel and would happily stay again. Some nice touches included the cold water, fruit/pastries at reception, especially when you've been out in the heat.

A couple of minor things. The breakfast was great except the hot food section which was luke warm at best, so I gave it a miss after the first day. The swimming pool/spa area could do with a refresh and there were a couple of days where it wasn't staffed, so we couldn't get towels. All in all though I really recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and every staff member, from the breakfast staff, reception, to evening staff were very thoughtful and helpful. The front desk provided useful information about sightseeing and restaurants. On my wife's birthday, we returned from a day trip to find a bottle of sparkling wine and a delicious dessert waiting in our room. We had a lovely view of the river. The bathroom was very spacious with a nice rainshower. The towels were cosy and big. Robes and slippers were also provided. Free water was replenished every day. The curtains kept the morning sun out and the room was very quiet despite being on the busy waterfront road. Of course, when the windows were open, you could hear the traffic, so if you need to sleep with the windows open and are also sensitive to noise, an inner courtyard room would be better, but we enjoyed the views and it was no problem for us. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities, sadly, so I cannot rate these. The location was great: close to the water and near many good restaurants on a flat street so no ups and downs when leaving the hotel. Great for those wanting to walk or jog along the river. Would stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

This was honestly the best hotel we've stayed in. From the initial communication with the hotel prior to arrival, to the welcome we received once we arrived and the helpfulness of staff during our stay. Everything was 10/10. The staff really couldn't have done any more for us. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfy. With everything you could want in a room, including extras such as a coffee machine, an iron and steamer, and luxury toiletries. The breakfast was a particular highlight, with so much choice, and of good quality. The pool and spa area were lovely, and really allowed us to unwind after a busy day exploring Lisbon. And the museum located in the hotel was so interesting, and a real bonus. The lady who gave the tour was so engaging and knowledgeable. Overall, we were so happy with the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and only a short Uber ride from the airport. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

That we had to leave!

It was a very nice room, very comfortable, with everything you need. Wifi was good, the bathroom was amazingly practical. There was a coffee machine so it was very nice when you don't have the time to get a full breakfast. Love the towel heater, the closed door of the toilets inside the bathroom and the way things were fixed on the wall are very good points. I didn't even hear people in the hallways, so it must be quite soundproof! I slept well. There was a paid parking just in front of the hotel, which was not related to the hotel but it's still very close.and practical. The proximity with the city is great and the hotel is truly a very beautiful place.

When I first arrived I had to figure things on my own somehow, but there was only one person at the counter and she seemed really overwhelmed and busy so I didn't take up too much of her time. Everyone was nice though. I wish I was got told that the Turkish bath was out of order because the SPA was the main feature I was looking for. To relax before work. The pool was a bit small and I kept bumping into other people. Other than that it was still a good place. Some of the rooms have a view on the patio and on other rooms so we can't open the curtains even during the day. The AC kept being turned on automatically so it was incredibly cold in the room.

We spent 5 great night in Lisbon while traveling across Portugal. We loved the Hotel and its staff! Very quiet and comfortable room. Great pool and Spa zone with Turkish sauna. The location is remarkable and I’ll be pleased to select the same hotel again.

The room cleaning service to be planned better. Unfortunately, everyday the cleaning lady attended at 16:30 which is inconvenient time and we wanted to rest after walking around the city. It would be more comfortable if rooms will be cleaned while guests are outside during the morning hours.

It is a clean, neat and modern hotel. We liked the staff, room, location, and the free coffee machine service (although breakfast not included), the view, and the ambience. We booked the hotel because it is 1 minute walk from Casa Linhares alfado show that we booked on the night that we arrived to save time (we only had one night, and we wanted to experience the alfado as it is only starts at night and we only have this night). The hotel has spa for free but we didn't use. They let us checkout late. The hotel is 8 minutes walk from parca de commercial easy nice walk.

They gave us a terrace view, which was lovely as it got the sun until 6pm (in April) and we could see and wave off the cruise ships in the evening. Swimming pool and sauna was lovely especially on the rainy day when we wanted a break from the weather. Central location. Great buffet breakfast.

Coffee machine was out of order in the room. We did report it and no one came to fix it. Staff hotel card was left in our room on the last day, believe it was for the hotel cleaning staff as they didn’t/forgot to clean our room on the last day. I returned the key and asked for some fresh water. They did not seem to want to address the issue of the card and locked it away, can only assume it unlocked all the rooms, just lucky we are honest people returning the card!

Large, clean and comfortable. Lovely big beds and well sized bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The spa, pool and gym were particularly lovely.

The hallways are a little dark which feels a bit oppressive. Breakfast is hugely overpriced given the lovely food available in the vicinity for a quarter of the price. One member on the front desk had a permanently sour expression and was very brisk in manner. The milk wasn’t replenished in our room, not a huge thing but annoying when you want a coffee in bed before starting a day, and when I called down to ask for some (the only thing we asked for all stay) she was very grumpy about it. When it didn’t arrive after 20 minutes and I called again she was dismissive. All other staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful but she lowered the standard.
