The property is near the cruise post so ideal if you have just disembarked. They will store luggage free and were able to let us have the apartment earlier than 1500. The staff were so helpful and friendly with good communication by WhatsApp before we arrived. Our 4th floor apartment had a superb view from the balcony and was spotlessly clean. We had a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a cosy lounge. The apartment was fully serviced while we were out. The building has a lift and a common room where you can make coffee and socialise. The view over the square and sea, with restaurants below made the location idea for exploring. We would love to stay again.

Great location -- walking distance from many shops/restaurants. About 15-20 minute walk to where most of the active bars are. Very clean, very friendly staff. Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Would reccomend to anyone coming to the area.

Everything met or exceed expectations. However, just be aware that you will be sharing 2 single bathrooms with your floor. During my 3 nights there, I only waited for bathroom once and for 3 minutes. If you are checking out between midnight and 8 am, be sure to talk to the staff ahead of time, because I was not sure where to leave my key.

We booked a two bedroom apartment with river view. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The first bedroom and living room/kitchen had a direct view whilst the second bedroom is lit indirectly. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, kettle, dishwasher, sufficient cutlery and some complimentary teas/coffee pods. The apartment had a nice homey feel even though the kitchen was not super modern, it was tidy and clean. The location of the apartment was fantastic, area felt very safe and there are many good restaurants nearby. It is walking distance (10mins) to Pza Commercio which is one of the main squares and other places of interest. Special thanks to Saj for assisting us on our arrival and throughout our stay!

There aren't wardrobes as such, but more of hanging unit with two shelves where to place clothes. It didn't bother us however it might be nice to have a few extra hangers.

The apartments were very clean and located in the center of the city. Everything was just walk away. Common areas such as kitchens and bathrooms were also clean and well maintained.

The room was very spacious. The location was amazing. Close to everything in a fabulous neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. The staff were great. It was very clean. Absolute value for money.

The noise from other rooms and corridors can be heard sometimes. But nothing too loud that cannot be managed. Compared to the large room, the wardrobe space was limited. The wifi on the 4th floor was difficult to connect to and once connected it was a little slow. The hair dryer was only running for a few mibutes before tripping. The hooks for towels were too small and flat and were not holding the towels. And the hot water was taking about 2 minutes to run. But overall they were all minor issues. The stay was enjoyable.

Staff were exceptional. Property is on a square overlooking the river with a playground, minimart, restaurants and cafes, and a few lovely gift shops. On the edge of Alfama - beautiful, atmospheric, traditional. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Kids loved it. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. We all had very quiet peaceful sleeps. Air con worked well. Tv in each room though we didn’t use them. Two beds in each room. Towels changed and rooms cleaned every day. Nice bathroom. Kids liked the bidet! Our rooms had small balconies where you could fit a chair, and where we sat after the kids had gone to sleep in the evenings. Highly recommend for a family looking for a safe, friendly and well located city break.

The apartment was huge compared to regular holiday accommodation. The size was one of the best things about it apart from the stunning view over the river. It was great to be able to use the communal kitchen and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the minimalist look that focussed on the important while adding a touch of history. The acknowledgement of the history of the building was lovely to see.

There only thing we found missing - a place to dry our towels. Two hooks for four people are not enough, even if it messes up the beautiful minimalist design. Apart from that this place was a joy to stay in.

Our apartment was on the 5th floor, which has a full view of the river. It is close to the city centre and some great places to visit. Lots of eating places to choose from, particularly the Alfama area. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. In my experience, It is a quiet spot to retire after so many steps a day. You can choose to walk up the stairs or there is also a lift but I prefer the stairs for fitness. Thanks, Saj, for all your help. If you have heavy luggages you need to enter through R. Alfonso de Albuquerque. Google maps can help with this.

Our host was very helpful in checking us in, and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk to the waterfront, Rossio and also through the Alhambra district. The room was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for, and it was very convenient to access when dropped off 50m away by taxi.

The only thing that could have been an improvement was the shower. We had ZERO hot water for our 3 day stay. Fortunately it was very hot and we were ok, but even luke warm water would have been preferred.

We loved the property, especially the friendly staff Victoria and Abdul. A big shout out to Alberto who met us at the airport which the staff arranged and who also took us back to the airport, such a lovely informative man. Our riverside view was wonderful. The property had two entrances. The main entrance at the back was so convenient to access the old town of Alfama with the beautiful cathedral, cafes, shops and trams. A short walk uphill to an amazing viewpoint of Lisbon. We loved sitting outside opposite the cathedral late at night drinking a glass of port and eating a Portuguese tart from the kiosk, whilst watching the trams descend or go around the corner of the cathedral. The other entrance on the ground floor took us out onto the riverside, with lots of restaurants and a walk towards the square. It was interesting watching the cruise ships coming in to dock. The metro, buses and tuk tuks were all easy to access. The property was immaculately clean, both rooms in our apartment were very comfortable. Tea, coffee and a large filled glass bottle of water was provided each day. A fridge was also in our apartment. The shower room with toilet also very good with clean towels each day. There was a communal kitchen on the first floor that could be used throughout our stay. A coffee machine was available for milky drinks etc.
