I liked everything about the hotel... The Staff was extremely friendly, I had some special requests like getting my special food heated in a microwave oven. I was not sure whether they would do it, but without any hesitation, the reception staff did it for me. I had a check out at 12 noon and my flight was at 9 in the night. So they kept my luggage in the Cloak room and I had to remove and keep back my bags multiple times. But still they did it without any sign of hesitation. I am really impressed with the staff friendliness.

The only thing that I would like to mention here (because I have to mention something) is that the Hotel is located around 300-400 meters from the nearest public transport i.e. the metro station. However, the Hotel has got nothing to do with it. They are fantastic.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable. Cleanliness is satisfactory. The metro station is close.

I am not at all satisfied that I was charged for pre-authorization, the day before arrival. On the day of arrival, I paid the full amount of accommodation at the hotel, and the pre-authorization has still not been returned to me. Six days have passed. When I booked the room on Booking, there was no notification that the pre-authorization amount would be charged from my account, but only that I could make the payment at the hotel. It's not right for the hotel to block my money. I paid the bill in full. I am very frustrated about it!

Size and comfort of bed and bedding; appliances and plugs (multiple); good wifi; good situation & size of TV and choice of channels (in English); quiet (even on the street side room - quiet !); bathroom clean, modern, functional, with nice enclosed shower, Breakfast buffet was convenient, good basic choices & spacious dining area (daylight), public transport nearby (5-minute walk); quieter area of Lisbon but easy to get to center from quick underground (worth being outside the tourist area).

Housekeeping failed to stock the room with towels on 2 occasions (lack of towels ? Annoying - we tried to make do and asked for big towels the second time - the hotel was out of them ... they did their best but no big towels 2 out of the 3 nights we were there). The hotel supplies drinking water at the reception - Might be a nice idea to be able to buy bottles to take to the room ..

The staff were helpful - we got a map of the city and some recommendations upon check-in. Location was good too - 5-6 min from the nearest metro station. Rooms were clean, bead and pillow very comfortable.

The breakfast was poor - a large choice of bread and not much else. Not enough cutlery, glasses, or dishes in the "restaurant" during peak hours. Room was relatively small and pretty basic - no coat-hangers, no wardrobe, not enough space to store suitcases or anything. A 3 star hotel.

Good value for money. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. Big and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Centrally located, close to restaurants, buses and the underground. Monuments, main squares and the city centre within walking distance. Very nice breakfast with different fresh pastries every day. We were happily surprised that we could eat the delicious pasteis de nata every day!

The location is near from city center and you could find a lot of halal restaurants around which is helpful for us as moslem travelers. The staff is nice, i love Nicole and Tiessa hospitality during our stay. We love the breakfast before starting our days. The things i love the most is iron and iron table inside the room that makes our appearance will be fantastic during in Lisbon hehe.

Breakfast was just perfect. As a non egg eater...could have been something else to offer. Staff were really lovely & helpful. Location was good for us as we are walkers. About 5 km from sea front & main downtown area, a fabulous walk downtown. If not a walker, UBER transport is super.

Missed not having air conditioning in the bathroom, thought a little strange. Happy with everything else.

Modern room and bathroom, USB-sockets by the bed. Great location, easy to access city centre. Delicious bread selection for breakfast.

Wi-Fi was down over two days. Breakfast variety was good, but only hot food option was tasteless scrambled eggs. Also boiled eggs had probably been cooked for about an hour, based on the grey coloured yolk, and coffee from the machine was not great (and neither was tea). In addition, wish there was some milk in the room for hot drinks.

This was our first trip to Portugal and it took us over 2 weeks to find the best hotel with the best price available. At first we were looking for a hotel in the Old Town area but because of the very high price we decided to stay in the center area of the city (which was the best option) the area is super safe and very very quiet. The area of the hotel is located between 2 metro station that you can go to the Old Town or to the Airport. Many shops (my auchan minimarket is just 5 minutes walk) and restaurants, fast food etc. The hotel was nice, clean and modern. The personel was very friendly and helped made our stays feel better. Check in process was very easy, the room size was ok and it got everything you need except small minibar/fridge. The room was has a very good sound proof and you can open the windows to get some fresh air too! Wifi is strong and fast enough for a quick work and to stream netflix and youtube. Breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel but should added more hot food. For a smoker, you can smoke safely at the private tarrace at the back of the hotel

No fridge in the room, no drinking water bottle in the room, should be more hot meal option for the breakfast (such as sausages or bacon) that's all :)
