the rooms were comfortable, a decent size, and clean. the location was good to access local buses into the city.

breakfast. It was a halal restaurant.. every morning omelette, baked beans and halal sausages or bacon. No toaster. sometimes supplies of brioche ran out and they had to go and buy croissants. overall very disappointing. certainly not an international restaurant because I had to ask for a soft boiled egg and then explain how it was cooked. No egg cups, so we had to use small coffee cups. Kettle and fridge in room. tea provided but not coffee.. only paper or plastic cups. the towels were not of good quality and the bathroom needs shelves for storing toiletries, nothing provided in shower.. the shower gel was impossible to open.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel is very close to the metro and is an easy 20 minute ride to the city center. There is no parking but there is a parking garage within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful. We needed to do laundry & the owner recommended Clean Bubbles (the company came to the hotel picked up our laundry, delivered same day & had reasonable prices). The laundry company saved us a lot of time. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. One thing we really liked was having a single full bed instead of two twins beds pushed together (this is hard to find within Europe).

We were not a fan of the breakfast. Also need more sink space in the bathroom.

Everything was great! The room was good and very clean. The breakfast was nice, and there were different kinds of varieties of food. The hotel stuff was really nice and polite.

Is not that I didn't like the strength of the wifi signal in the room 501, but this should be considered as a little suggestion, the wifi should be with better signal in the room, because when you are laying on the bed you don't have wifi and the connection was off. As an IT guy, it was a little annoying. As a kind advise, get stronger routers.

Quiet and nice surrounding, Metro is pretty close in walking distance. Also the University of Lisboa is in walking distance, so a pretty nice place. I had a good room in the pre-last floor and with a balcony. Note the a bit overpriced bakery on the opposite of the hotel, it is ecxcellent (I am very critical) but also prices are not local, but quality is fabulous - don´t take breakfast in the hotel but chose some close place... I asked for an iron and got it immediately, very, very friendly and welcoming staff, english was also good... as always, the electricity stops once you leave the room, so the fridge is better to plug out when you are in the room, it is a bit loud, but good for storing some stock and beer in it.

Ok, the single bed was a bit small, but I am heavy, so I could not fall out of it ;-). The locker for cloths is a bit hidden in a corner, but fine, for some days and staying alone is fine. The breakfast was fresh but very limited choice, nice coffees are around... I am used to stairs, I could not find the ground floor exit but I am sure there must be one ;-)

A recently refurbished hotel. My room was on a high floor, very bright, even had a balcony. At the time I booked it, the price was pretty decent. It's in a quiet street near Gulbenkian gardens, close to a metro stop, walking distance from NOVA University - which was very convenient for me. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast, and especially coffee (I one can call it so - I found it undrinkable). But fortunately, there are nice local cafés at the corner, so I would go and have coffee and breakfast there.

The breakfast was very delicious, especially I very liked the coconut cakes and the eggs. The room was very clean, there was cleaning everyday. The hotel was not in the city center but it has a good connection to it by buses or underground. We really liked the streets and restaurants around the hotel. Real Portugese restaurants, not so many tourists. The bed was comfortable.

If we leave the terrace door open, it was a bit noisy in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. Everything is good - check-in, communication, cleaning, breakfast, comfort.

The Internet connection was bad - I was able to connect to the router only from the bathroom. Otherwise, the connection failed. Even the TV couldn’t connect as well. Also, they need to update instructions because I didn’t notice any constructions on the territory

I really love the personnel there, helpful and welcoming The room super big and comfy amazing smart tv. Decent breakfast to start off the day:) Really nice cafes and supermarkets + transport both to the old city and airport. Metro SALDAHNA at 7min walk from the place.

At time there was a bit of a noise coming yet nothing disturbing:)

It was very clean, the room view was great, the location, and aesthetics

There’s no option for sleeping in, when the ladies want to clean they keep knocking until you exit. Water isn’t the room would’ve been nice and the aircon didn’t really work well. The water disappeared while we were there, it came back but only on extreme heat.

Super nice and helpful team. Changed my room as I asked and I was allowed to checkout later what was very convenient. As I know, breakfast is not often option in Lisbon’s hotels. In Hotel Capital breakfast was rich enough 👍 And the best is location! 30 minutes away from the Airport (by bus or metro) and city center (by foot).
