The location of the hotel is wonderful with great public transport links within walking distance. Our room and bathroom was so spacious, it was almost like having our own flat! Appreciated having 24/7 reception as this made us feel safe and help was always on hand if needed. Enjoyed use of the lobby area as this is well equipped with a TV and plenty of seating to relax. A good variety of shops and restaurants nearby, housekeeping was done everyday and cleanliness of the room was to a high standard. Overall an excellent stay if you’re visiting Lisbon and I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nothing to dislike at all

On the outside, this hotel may pass one’s attention, but inside are some friendly folks, especially the sweet receptionist Semi and notably one particular front desk gentleman, who went out of his way to help always. And the house keeper lady who never failed to smile, greet and ask to clean my room, though I didn't require it on a daily basis. Wonderful staff! Breakfast had variety of breads, pastries, fruits, veggies/meats etc. you could choose to eat differently every day. Staying on the 10th floor for a longish stay, as a solo female traveler, this hotel with its 24 hour gym, free breakfast, accessible public transportation, Continente a grocery store with an ATM, right next door, is surely worth the bucks.

The small elevator gets rather cramped, as people try to squeeze in not wanting to wait longer, for the next ride. No microwave or iron in the room, but you could bring your food to warm in the kitchen or borrow an iron from the lobby.

Everything, Great price, great location, The location was just right, a short walk from the metro, lots of local cafés, bars and restaurants... And because it was situated in a mostly residential area, you paid reasonable prices... We walked to the waterside area one day, it took a couple of hours through all the back streets including beer and coffee stops along the way but a wonderful way of seeing the "Real" Lisbon.. We got the Metro back as it was mostly up hill...!!😂

Nothing...!!!!!

The locations was perfect and within two blocks of the Metro. The parking was onsite and the lowest of all daily charges that we were charged within Portugal and Spain. The staff was responsive and assisted quickly when we had questions.

The restaurants were very expensive within the area but that can be contributed to the high end of the area. The room we were in had a connecting door to the next room so I didn't like this at all. There were times when the other tenants would close or open their doors and I thought they were accessing our room. Lastly, the water temperature would mainly stay the temperature you wanted with the occasional cold water being mixed in. If you love hot water showers, this will be a problem for you.

The room is huge and very clean, access to the gym is a bonus and a short walk to the metro and subway to get to Sintra. I personally loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Baxia Chiado, if you’re after a more lively atmosphere then look at other options as this area is quiet.

The walls are thin and there’s an annoying green exit light (not the property’s fault). I understand it’s mandatory but it’s quite bright and if you’re sensitive to light it can be quite frustrating. Nothing an eye mask can’t fix! On my last night, my neighbours were up until 2 and I could hear almost everything. Ear plugs were a godsend

The staff is lovely and the location is amazing. You can walk to three different Metro stations. Love the neighborhood! Grocery store right next door. Beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi is great and I didn't have time for the breakfast because I had to rush to the airport but it looked like the most complete Hotel breakfast I've ever seen. And I road trip with three boys so I've seen a lot of hotel breakfasts. :-)

The room is really not sound proof. I heard every single word of an argument for an hour and a half between the couple in the next room. Also it's a lovely modern design but I am completely confounded by the way the shower and bath was set up. It is completely non-functional in any normal fashion. I can't even get into describing the ways in which form took over completely from the concept of function.

Great hotel that takes a 1/4 block of the street. It has relatively new equipment, a small gym and mini sauna in gym lockers. The food and cleaning staff are good, reception staff is friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. It's unassuming, wifi was good, food was satisfactory, nothing special, but good nonetheless. It's not a major player due to its location out of city center and main street, but good enough, new enough and clean enough for the price.

The only small minuses were the two small elevators which were due to the 12 levels of the hotel sometimes a "chucking point" at high rush hours (i.e. check-in/-out time and breakfast time) and our inroom security safe not working (which I am sure was not the general rule). The hotel is big enough to have good cleaning staff, reception and breakfast staff, but not big enough to do all the repairs (i.e. inroom security safe) itself. I generally recommend this hotel.

We arrived an hour before our check-in time but they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was great, lots of different food you can get - there is also coffee, tea, fresh juice, different types of milk, etc. The room was quite big, we definitely didn't expect it to be that spacious. They cleaned the room and changed towels daily. The bed was huge and comfortable for the two of us. A few metro stations are nearby, so traveling isn't an issue. We had a super late flight, but they allowed us to leave our luggage for an entire day after check out, which was super nice of them! :)

The hotel was located near the bus stops and underground stations. The room was nice, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The receptionist was really kind and explained everything during check-in. The wifi was strong and A/C was working too. There was a nice bathroom as well with shower gels and shampoos, hair dryer. There was a kettle so you can prepare tea. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fine and we could pick something to eat which was delicious every morning. We were very satisfied with everything.

All was perfect.

Good location in a nice and quite area. Longer walking distance to the old town. Very good breakfast, easy check-in.

No towel change during 3 nights, meanwhile they folded up the used one and put back as it were a clean one. Terrible noise 0-24 due to the heat pump behind the building, where our window opened. Close to the airport runway, so we heared and saw all aircrafts, however this noise was less disturbing than the heat pump.
