Very comfortable 4 night stay in spacious room. Excellent lighting in all rooms and great breakfast. Coffee maker and fridge in room was good. Kitchen available to prepare meals and coffee, tea available also in Kitchen. Adjacent lounge with desk, and comfortable seating and a large TV. Staff were great. Manager Wes was very helpful. Unfortunately elevator not working and Wes kindly carried our bags up/down. Le Premier only 2 floors up so good exercise taking the stairs. Check-in process easy and keyless entry.

One minor point, the street appeal not great as weeds along footpath outside but as there are multiple apartments perhaps this is the responsibility of the building manager.

Room was light and airy. Comfy beds. Clean and fresh. Good coffee machine. Good location for town, taxis we're cheap and readily available. Breakfast was good, with some variety each day. Plenty of local cafes and restaurants within an easy walk. Staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Wes and Rodrigo.

The entrance needs tidying up as it gives the wrong impression. As a non-coffee drinker there was no facility to make tea in the room, although the kitchen was accessible, a trip along the corridor first thing in the morning was a bit awkward.

Wonderful, friendly and very helpful people running the place are absolutely no 1 thing to remember. We had a warm welcome and felt that we could count in them any time. Rooms are tidy and comfortable and the breakfast included was very good (not a standard Southern European kind, but with eggs, sausages and so). Finally, the place is well located, in a good and safe neighborhood, ca. 500 meters from metro station with a direct connection with the old town and the airport.

Rattling air conditioning, but it was just a nuisance.

The staff were so helpful and polite anytime that we asked for help. Showed us where we could fill our water bottles, took care of our bags after checkout and in general were so pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is basic but better than I expected and it was lovely to lounge next to the dining area with coffee. We didn't use public transport while there we just used the electric scooters which were ideal for getting around. There is a huge mall not far from the hotel if you want to shop or see a movie which we did while waiting for our flight and a beautiful bakery across the road. I would recommend this hotel no problem.

I felt that the price was a little high but I also think that, that's the market these days rather than just this hotel.

Comfy bed and nice room, very minimalistic. The breakfast was nice. Close to the subway. You get a little coffee machine in your room for espressos. Checking in by using a code worked well for me with the exception of the dark hallway, but the code system is perfect for someone coming in late.

There was no closet in the room so I'm not sure where someone would keep their clothes if they're staying for longer. The entrance to the suites is pitch dark. I had to use my phone flashlight to be able to press the check in code. If someone runs out of battery they would not be able to get in. They definitely need a light that switches on as soon as someone enters the hall. It is completely dark at any point of the day!

Lovely clean room, nice design. Rooms were cleaned each day and we had the option for fresh towels. The receptionist was helpful and we were able to leave our bags for the day after checkout (albeit unsecured in the lobby area).

Loudest plumbing pipes I have ever heard! Breakfast was decent but the times available to eat it were a little limited.

We were moved to a tiny room after getting comfortable in our first nit room. Not sure why staff didn't tell us at very first meeting, that we were going to be moved 2nd day. We wouldn't have unpacked or spread out out things if we had known that first. Instead it was a surprise. We got an email message hours later after we left to go sightseeing, but we should have been told as we 1st checked in: "now, please not that we will have to move you for your 2 nd nite, as it's a different type of room. Please be prepared for that " it's much different when you at least know ahead of time. Less disruptive.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and bright.

Unfortunately the towels weren't clean and there was hair in the bed.

Great breakfast, makes the rest of the day easy when breakfast is already arranged in house.

The entrance to the hotel building is dirty and lacks attention. The lift did not work and we carried suitcases upstairs.
