Close to airport, and great pricing

Convenient to the airport. Front desk staff seemed well organized and anticipated needs of the guests, many of whom appeared to be checking in because of airline issues and were stressed. The the room was nice. Great bathtub. So-so mattress.

It would have been nice to have an outlet by the bathroom mirror or a mirror by an outlet outside the bathroom so one could do their hair with a curling or straightening iron.

Closeness to the airport - terrific location. Very good punctual shuttle service from hotel to airport - we needed to be there by 8:30 a.m. Very professional, friendly, helpful staff. The design and décor of our room were excellently thought out. The USB charging ports next to the bed were very useful. We stayed at this hotel in 2018 when it was run by Tryp. The experience with the Melià group has been superior.

Only one thing - the glass door of our shower was hinged in a way that made it diffucult to reach the towel on the hook behind it from inside the shower cubicle. But this is a tiny detail, and hardly important!

Very close to the airport and very good facilities, also relatively close to the city center which you can reach in about 20 minutes in a taxi for around 10 euro

as this is an airport hotel it is convenient to use for quick airport access. The sights of Lisbon can be accessed from the airport metro. we stayed one night. breakfast was excellent and opens at 4am. 8 person shuttle leaves every 15 mins but there is a queue and it shares with the guests from the hotel across the road, so get there early as it can get quite aggressive. or just do the 5 minute walk. the rooms are comfortable with plenty of space and good soundproofing. chose this hotel as it had a pool but it was wet and windy. very busy big hotel with many guests coming and going.

room not ready when it should have been at 2pm we got there at 3.30pm. gave us a drink voucher, but we wanted to get settled and get into Lisbon.

They were able to get me in my room early in the morning, which was very helpful. By the time I had breakfast, my room was ready. They offer a shuttle to the airport. And breakfast was wonderful!

This is a fantastic airport hotel. Located right next to the Airport, which means you literally can walk there. Being close to the Metro means city access is available. I don't know if I would stay here for my entire Lisbon holiday, but the location can't be beat if flying in or out is important. Great Staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Terrific breakfast. Great selection and superb quality. I wish I could eat there every day! The robo-pancake machine is fire. :) Really great room. Not one complaint. Comfortable and quiet.

My only suggestion was that if you were on an extended Lisbon vacation, the airport location means you are far from the action. Getting to the sights would require trips on the bus or the metro, which doesn't match the "walk out the front door and you are there" convivence of the downtown hotels.

I like the proximity to the airport. The shuttle is was a great added bonus. The room was very well laid out, big comfy bed. I ordered from the restaurant while I was staying, good food was served. The spa was a nice way to end my stay in Portugal.

There was some gossipy like behaviours I noticed from staff while walking thru the hotel, didn’t seem work related more or less like weekend plans. My rooms toilet constantly ran so it was kind of annoying to deal with while sleeping. Personally, to charge you guest to use the pools is a little much. Especially when the guest is already buying spa services and eating food within the hotel. Going for a simple swim shouldn’t cost €25 in my honest opinion.

Excellent location for the airport (and Metro into town only 30 minutes). Rooms very well appointed, Rituals toiletries. Very good breakfast.

The design of the hotel interior, rooms, details are exceptional. The warm welcome, reception staff, the room and especially the bathroom-room concept is exceeding the expectations for "an airport hotel". I am a Muslim with hijab-niqab and the receptionists immediately cared for my nutrition details, without my asking: like the cookies not having gelatine, etc. The room welcomes you with a couple of desserts and drink, with a warm note. The room also has a coffee machine, for capsule coffee drinking. The towels are large and good in number. The use of light buttons are very smart, there is also a separate small chair to read or relax. The walls are insulated well. The breakfast is very rich, the dinner options are too. The restaurant has a beautiful design, with some parts separated with flower shelves, which is very helpful to have a rather private experience while eating, i.e. not everyone is seeing what everyone is doing. This is a life-saving detail for me as a niqabi, however it can relieve many visitors who want to have a private, focused experience. The crowded and noisy groups can sit farther and you can enjoy a quiet, peaceful dinner beside the windows. Very smart to use such an area with separations, creates an enriched ambiance. The food at the breakfast is rich and the fruits, cookies, desserts, coffee and breads too. Serving staff are closely watching you if you need anything. The reception hall is beautifully designed, there are separate couches to wait for your flight, or separate chairs to sit with friends to read or relax. Also an Apple PC-printer at the corner to help you to print your tickets. The location is superb, 10 minutes walk to airport, and the metro entrance is inside the airport building so you can jump to metro and visit the city center after a few stops, and come back to catch your flight. I had to stay very short due to a business stay, however the hotel deserved a longer, enjoyable stay with your spouse or a close friend.

The bathroom sink was kind of locked, possibly the previous guest did not have time to mention about it, either.
