I had an amazing experience at the Radisson Blu hotel. I was doing solo travelling just for 3 nights, they followed all my requests. Double bed ✅ check an early check in ✅ ( didn’t make it to the early check in as flight was delayed). The breakfast here is pretty amazing as most hotel buffet breakfasts are bland this was the opposite and totally worth the price! The staff were attentive and professional. I felt safe when sleeping in the room by myself, the room is large! The bathroom is also a large comes with two mirrors a 5X zoom one so if you shave or want to do your make up you can see what you are doing clearly. As a lover of baths I was so happy to find that the hotel has a shower and a bath in each room. The price for 3 nights was very good, I think some of the reviews are a bit harsh and complain about little things that don’t matter. It would be nice to be in the city centre but getting the metro was easy and took about 15-20 mins. Also cabs in Lisbon are generally pretty cheap if you book with Uber it’s £6-7 Euros if you’re getting a taxi link then I would say 9 euros. Only downside with the location is as it’s near the airport there will always be lots of trafffic so factor that in if you have a booking. Traffic/ driving is terrible in Lisbon in general but being closer to the airport exacerbates it. Overall great stay solid 4 star hotel. Would definitely try another Radisson Blu somewhere else and come here again :)

I really liked the staff as they were all very helpful and professional. The breakfast was amazing including the room service food. The location is also great near the Campo Grande park which definitely an added value. Overall the stay was comfortable.

I did not like that the hotel is not renovated and has an old feel to it, the room doors had cracks in them with no paint job or retouching. There was plenty of dust despite cleaning the room all the time. The fridge stopped working for some reason on my last day. The overall lighting inside the room is dim and not too powerful, one of the laps did was not working. Some screws on the outside of the bathtub were randomly there and rusted. The hotel definitely needs a lift up and renovation which is complete the full journey since the overall stay was good and comfortable.

Location to the airport. The proximity to the airport and airport shuttle service were just what we expected and wanted. Going out for "one last shopping and dinning experience" in Lisbon required just a short and relatively inexpensive Uber ride. The front desk staff were professional and helpful. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room for three people, especially when compared to other places we stayed in Portugal. Finally, the adjacent parking lot was a very welcome surprise. When we booked the rooms, we were not aware that we needed parking, but our plans changed over time. We arrived Saturday afternoon and were pleased to learn that from Saturday evening to Monday morning, parking was free.

Due to the upcoming papal visit and youth conference, the price for lodging was higher than normal. We were glad to have the rooms, but felt the nightly rates for our rooms were atypical for Lisbon. The higher than normal rates were acutely evident when compared to other places we stayed in Lisbon that provided greater value for the cost.

The staff is always super nice and accommodating. Easy check in and easy check out. Beds are very comfortable and we got very wide ones as well this time. The room they gave us was very quiet and we could rest well. Location for us is ideal as it is close to relatives' houses and we can easily get to Belém (a place we go to often whenever visiting).

The corridors are a bit dated and the bathrooms could do with some renovation. Lifts could have some maintenance as well. All working but on the lower end o a 4 start hotel. The minibar is not cold so not very useful. They could also have a way of recording guests and maybe keeping track of how often they visit. We have been staying quite frequently at the hotel and they always think is our first time. All staff are always really nice though.

I arrived late evening and was greeted with a warm-hearted welcome. I was traveling with my handicapped father to which the attendant (Rui) immediately proceeded to upgrade the reservation to a large suite at no extra charge. I am eternally grateful for this gesture or kindness. Our stay was exclusively to take my father to the US embassy only 5mins away. This hotel was perfectly located between the airport and the US embassy. Thankyou for the wonderful experience! I would very highly recommend this hotel.

The room was good size and well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The location close to the airport made dropping luggage, then returning rental car, and then in morning using very efficient hotel provided shuttle to airport a good way to wrap up an exhausting trip. Also there is a petrol station close by that is useful for returning rental car.

There was a private function in the bar that was excessively loud and made enjoying food served in the bar hard to enjoy, and the only other option was the restaurant which offered only a buffet, no other menu. However, the bar staff tried to make the best of a poor situation.

Location is great in terms of what we needed it for and has parking which is a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had medical appointments and they overran our checkout time. We called reception and they extended our stay for an additional 2 hours. That was really helpful. We would have no issues in staying there again if we needed to be in that area.

The extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom and the shower gel holder was very loose. It didn't bother us in any way and we mentioned this to reception who thanked us and said they would look into it.

The room was great, the view of the city is wonderful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are huge, they clean the rooms every day and bring drinking water, the service is always in a good mood and ready to help, the breakfast is too good, all recommendations

The rooms should be more isolated from noise.
