The staff was super friendly. The house keeping was very good. Breakfast was fantastic. Also the location was great and within walking distance of great restaurants and play areas and shops. Easy access with the elevators and broad hallways made it easy with a baby stroller. The hotel also provided a camp cot which was fantastic.

We made our booking on the same day as check in and the hotel took very long to connect with bookings.com and so we had to wait for 4 hours in the lobby even though we had a booking confirmation. This was quite challenging with a baby. Only when we started breastfeeding in the lobby did the hotel quickly assist us. Besides that, our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed and can recommend.

Great comfortable bed. Extra free amenities delivered to our room with just a phone call. Also we loved the breakfast buffet.

The tub/shower should have had a shower curtain instead of a little 20” wide piece of swinging glass with no rubber stopper at the bottom so there was about 1/4” gap of space between the bottom of the glass and the top of the tub so every time we took a shower, the floor in the bathroom got all wet. It was a complete disaster!!. In addition, all 4 elevators were under repair at any given time and not all working for the entire 4 nights we stayed. We were in room 921 on the 10th floor so we didn’t want to take the stairs going up so we had to wait long time for the cab we can squeeze in or take the freight elevators. That was a disaster also.

The hotel is conveniently located not far away from the airport and just 20 min ride from the city centre. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff, excellent breakfast and a good swimming pool in the hotel garden.

We visited in mid August and even though the air temperature was above 30 C, the pool water was still quite cold. The room size could be a bit more generous and the food in the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey but all in all quite decent stay.

I like the Marriott hotel but this visit was not up to my expectations. The room I booked was a delux twin room on the low floor and I was given a king size bed on the 10th floor. I was not happy. Also I felt the room we were given looked ‘ tired’ and could do with some updating in the bathroom. Also the towels had ‘seen better days’ not up to the standard of the Marriot.

I’ve been contacted by reservations team that my booking cannot be validated for number of guests and they stopped responding to my emails. I called the hotel and Ive been informed there is nothing wrong with the booking. Reservations replied after the weekend (after I’ve checked in with no issues) that my booking must be cancelled and didn’t offer any suitable arrangement…

The pool area is good. I liked the helpful staff who let me check in early even though I looked like a bit of an imposter. The eucalyptus lotion in the bathroom was nice too. Very bougee in general. Close to the zoo (yay).

I didn't like the air conditioning as I found it hard to get it to the right temperature for me so I felt a bit cold at night. I was charged extra when I checked in with the promise I would have the extra returned if I didn't spend it on room service or the bar. I felt worried about whether I would get the money back (but I did, thanks Marriott) . There was no toilet brush in the bathroom and I felt a bit awkward about asking for one at the reception (so I didn't).

The rooms were very nice, also the pool and general communal areas. The staff were efficient and helpful. The area was within easy reach to the centre of Lisbon buy taxi and inexpensive.

The pool could have been warmer and the breakfast less expensive . Only having an expensive buffet breakfast on offer put us off eating breakfast at the hotel as we were heading into the centre it was easier to get ready and head straight into the centre and have a similar priced breakfast but better quality and what we wanted. Otherwise you end up eating for the sake of it and still not being satisfied. We stayed with you for 4 nights and spent the next four nights at an apartment in Lisbon which was the same price but with flexibility.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

We stayed there to meet up with friends who were staying there on points. The music in the lobby was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. We asked to have it turned down but were told it was not possible. It is not a good location for sightseeing in Lisbon as it is not walkable into town. The food was uninspiring.

pool area was nice. close to airport and inexpensive taxi to downtown area. Room was quiet and the shower was excellent. it would be nice to have a chair in the balcony.

the food was ok but based on the menu we chose not to eat at citron. I tried to book in early and unfortunately there were no rooms available. they were able to find a room within an hour.

People were extremely friendly and did care a lot about the customers. We were waiting for 1.5h for our check in and they distributed waterbottles. The breakfast was the best and biggest i have seen in my life. A lot of choices and everything was very tasty, even the hot chocolate and coffee. While i was waiting in the lobby for my question to be answered (if the electric car charger does work), they updated me twice about the current status. Very carrying and very much appreciated. Well done.

Electric car charger didn't work. 1.5h for check in due to big lane but also IMHO inefficient check in process. I honestly don't know what's so inefficient about the check in process. I know a lot of different check in systems (even airport, boarding) and even an elite member said, in other Marriot hotels they are way faster, even have online check in. I was expecting a king size bed for 3 people and not two beds for 1.5 people. Wifi was very complicated and apparently we had to pay for it (didn't work out if there was a free usage)
