Great garden. Building is beautiful and stylish. Big apartment. Location is perfect.

No kettle, no cups!!!! I could not even imagine that the room could be without a kettle. I have not seen this in any of the apartments or rooms where I lived. . if I had known in advance, I would have booked another accommodation I was sick and this was uncomfortable for me. unclear correspondence in WhatsApp and booking they ask to call before check-in and do not pick up the phone the administrator is not at the place for check-in, you have to wait for him no one explained to me how to check out, which is very strange, because I was moving out at night the internet almost didn't work in my room = 8/10 for room, garden 2/10 for check-in process and communication

The room was newly renovated, clean and tidy but very basic, no coffee or tea facilities that I was aware of. The staff were nice, the breakfast which was included was excellent. There is also a nice garden area with lots of shade which was very pleasant in the morning and afternoon. The location is ok but you really need a car (which I had) to get into the main part of town but considering that it was much cheaper than other locations in Sintra I think it was good value for money.

It would be good to be able to have access to basic kitchen facilities. Sitting in the garden with a coffee or tea and a small snack would be lovely but I wasn't aware if that was possible, perhaps it was.

Room was very beautiful and Clean. Bed super comfy. Room was spacious, with working desk. Pleasant/relaxed lighting. Suitable for small and longer stays. Quick wifi. Shower had a good water pressure. There was Parking space available. It was very quiet, nice location (but stretts are narrow). I was there in Winter, i think the Garten in Summer would be lovely. Would recommend and book again. Freely/Express check-out, just by letting the key on the Reception table. No payment in advance needed, was also a "nice to have" for me.

Maybe too many stairs, if traveling with a big suitcase or small suitcase+ few shopping bags :P Breakfast was poor. A lot of long holding products, no good protein options. Not even cooked eggs. Kitchen was nearby, some fresh eggs dishes (omelette/scrambled eggs/pancakes etc) could be offered (i would have chosen it, even for a small price addiction). No coffee machine, disappointing for Portugal.

The location and installation, almost brand new

Careful! For the check in you got to be lucky. When I’ve just arrived the girl “receptionist” told me that she wasn’t able to do the check In, left to another location and did another check in. I waited about 45 mins to get my key. Bad communication between staff and they asume we all have international calls to call them for help. If you are looking for a good experience during your check in, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Parking (small) was full, left the car in the street.

A garden oasis just off of Sintra. Renovated house with beautiful bright entrance hall/ dining room. We loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning. There is free parking really near-by and the staff are lovely. The rooms get done up every day which is a bonus. Lastly, the house has a beautiful garden with lots of space to sit and relax, read or play cards.

Only thing that we noticed was the rooms feel a bit damp. This was partly because we had the downstairs room. It‘s also what keeps the house cool in the summer so not a massive issue just something to potentially keep in mind if visiting in the off season.

Booked the room 10 minutes before check in. Communication was great and we arranged to meet-up. The room was very spacious and super clean. Bedding and mattress were comfy. Air conditioning, hair dryer and black out blinds. Cannot fault the place. Very, very good value for money! Breakfast was great too. Lots of choices and all very fresh and nicely presented. Do not hesitate. I also managed to find a parking space in front of the property as it is a residencial road.

I liked everything. No complains whatsoever and would definitely come back.

The garden was beautiful, you can see this place is carefully maintained by the owners. The lounge/ breakfast room felt like a B&B in an English cottage. Breakfast staffs were very attentive and replenish the food very quickly.

The reception is only open during check in, the rest of the time you can contact them by Whats’App. They were meant to book a Tuk-Tuk for us at 9 am to go to Peña Palace but the Tuk-Tuk never came. It’s not their fault (more like the Tuk-Turk’s issues) but it was very frustrating from the customer’s perspective.

Our room in Comfy Sintra was simple, but cosy with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is included, which is handy. Late night checking is possible, and we could also leave our luggage there on the last day. The personal was very polite and helpful. The whole place has a nice atmosphere.

Good location to start the tour to Moorish castle, but quite a walk from the old town .

We had chosen what we considered budget accommodation and were very pleasantly surprised. There was free parking, free wifi, soft quality linen, clean large rooms, very welcoming and friendly staff and a continental breakfast with fresh quality food, lovely setting and again very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

What's there not to like about this place? We will definitely book here again. A quick uber ride that costs 4 euros to get to the center of Sintra and the restaurants located near this hotel help get this hotel a 10 out of 10 in my books. The mattress was the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed at, and we travelled through Portugal for 3.5 weeks, and the shower was equally as good. Their complimentary breakfast in the morning was terrific and had a large assortment of options to choose from, including warm custard pastries. People will always complain, but this hotel was by far our favourite throughout our vacation. The staff was also accommodating and suggested the restaurant a block away that is not only located in a VERY picturesque location but also serves the tastiest food.
