Loved loved loved the restaurant. The staff were incredible with my sister who has celiac. They went above and beyond to accommodate her for breakfast. We were very grateful and cannot say enough about them. They were wonderful.

The parking lot was unsafe. There were many people lingering around the vehicles. There were signs in the elevators advising clients to be diligent about their vehicles. We were advised by friends upon our return they had had their car stolen 2 weeks prior.

Nice hotel all around. No issues. We particularly liked the breakfast, and it was good to have options with various fresh fruits and vegetables for once.

The pool was closed during our stay. This is not the fault of the hotel, but rather, booking.com did not make this clearly known during booking. This info was buried in the fine print and I am extremely disappointed with booking.com for not making this extremely important piece of information clearly known during the booking process.

The breakfast was included in the room price.

The breakfast was included in the room price, but the fine print which were not told to us when booking was that our 14 year old who shared a room with us was not included and we had to pay additional for the girl to eat. Moreover we had to pay an adult price. All people who are registered to a room should be included in the breakfast. Even if additional money has to be paid, it should be asked when booking to prevent unpleasantness.

The staff and customer service was really good specially when you are in a province where you are not fluent in their language. But we did not feel this barrier even for a single minute of our stay .

There was nothing to dislike but for a long stay with kids if we could have a shared washer it would be an additional help or lessen my laundry load after vacation.

Very nice decor and loved the openness and different t areas for seating. Rooms were nice and modern and beds comfy. Staff super friendly and helpful each time we needed anything.

The whirlpool could have been better. Only one jet was working and the button to activate wasn’t working. Would be nice to have a shuttle to even the closest subway line. Kind of an awkward location without a vehicle. Cleaning should just occur without us having to give 24 hrs notice. We were there for three nights.

The property is well kept and clean. The staff diligently sanitizes the public areas such as the elevators, lobby, etc. we very much enjoyed the pool area. The staff is great! they are all hard workers and super friendly. the general manager stood out as he’s always there to support his staff and the guests. one front desk staff stood out to me when we checked in, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Very minor issue with the housekeeping when we first checked in, but they looked after it right away. The housekeeping staff is so friendly and such hard workers as well.

The room we were given was right above the party room and the second night we had to request a room change because of the noise from a party, the new room was still close to the noise... not everyone at the front desk provides warm service. However, I do recommend the hotel for families, with very easy access from downtown.

The location was fine for travelling by car into Montreal. The breakfast was good, for a chain hotel. We were able to get dinner here, which was a big bonus after a busy day sightseeing, and it was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Food was good but the servers are not conveniently accommodating. There could gave been more information posted near the entrance. We did not know who to approach as we only have 2 vouchers and we are 4 who wants to avail of the breakfast, like how much per person and where to pay.

Better servers. Since they are all hunks (men) I guess they didn't know how to approach customers properly. They only talk to people who speaks the French language.

This was my second visit to this accommodation, and I am willing to visit again with my children. It is quiet and very comfortable for the family to stay together.

We ordered an extra bed, and it was well implemented. But the condition of the spare bed was more uncomfortable than lying on the floor.
