Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a poor understanding of Spanish but the reception staff were able to help us with our booking and were good at helping us. The room was very clean and the bathroom was a good size with an amazing shower. Our room was quiet for our stay and fit for purpose. close to shops and cafes and not far from public transport to get further into the centre if required. We didn't opt in to having breakfast and chose to eat else where, but the restaurant looked nice.

The room was rather small but it had all necessary items, a desk, a nice balcony, a spacious shower. I have no negative remarks to make about this place. I did not use the restaurant or the room service, so no rating or comments are made in that regard.

Nothing in particular comes to mind, the place was well kept, clear and with all necessary items. The only thing I mention relates to the size of the room, which seemed a bit small for my taste.

The hotel is located in a business, residential area so not much choice for restaurants and bars withing 15 minutes walk. However it is super convenient for the Real Madrid soccer stadium

This Hotel is close to ISDE where I was attending for my Masters. It also close to METRO Station Colombia, where you can connect to anywhere in Madrid. Logal places to eat like el Jamon del Abuelo, very close and nice. Its 200 mts from Real Madrid Stadium in case you want to see a game.

My family had a wonderful experience here. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were delicious! The location is perfect, close to the center and easily accessible by bus, while avoiding the crowds and noise of staying in the center.

I would love to have a gym here! And a pool!

I find it very well located for a late arrival from the airport (5 min walk from Colombia metro station). The room was small, but modern and cosy. There is a Nespresso machine and a kettle in the room.

It’s a bit pricey (140€ for one without breakfast), but there are not many options in the area.

The hotel is confortable, well located in the Chamartín district, with easy access to the center of Madrid. Staff is friendly.

This is the third year that I haves stayed at NH PASEO DE LA HABANA, while visiting family. I love the location (very well connected with taxi, metro and bus stops). You can walk anywhere from here! Beautiful residential area in Madrid, close to the center, but not too close, which makes it less of a tourist trap. The staff is friendly and helpful! The new style rooms are perfect, everything you need and always so clean! I LOVE STAYING HERE :)! Will come back whenever I come to Madrid :).

Perfect spot right next to Santiago Bernabeu in a classy area of Chamartin. Staff are lovely, especially Sandra. Room was nicely designed and very clean. Thank you Madrid and Thank you beautiful Spain.

The breakfast has a lot room to improve and the elevators should get renewed.
