The property is quite lovely. It is very well kept and lush and clean landscaping. The pool closest to our courtyard room was great. Very clean and I know this may sound odd, but the softest and smoothest pool floor I have ever been in. We really enjoyed it.

Rooms could use some updating and beds were a little hard for my taste but I’m afraid if they update they will be able to increase their rates to what neighboring hotels are charging We enjoyed our stay and will be back

Our room was ocean front, just few steps from rear of hotel. Pool few steps from building with outdoor bar. Very nice. Couple restaurants with in 1/2 block off hotel. Hotel has several different buildings. We would definitely go back whenever in that area.

Our room was in the tower, oceanfront. You really have to be careful when you book though. There are several buildings and the ocean front tower is the only one that is actually on the water. The rest are a lot older and a little run down though perfectly fine for a night or two before a cruise, etc. The breakfast was good both mornings. The beach is fantastic and it is literally right next to Cocoa Beach Pier. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and Publix is across the street, Walmart is a 10 min drive.

There are five buildings and even though they give you a map at check in, it's still a little confusing trying to find breakfast in the morning. While our building (the tower) was new and updated, the rest are old and in need of some updating.

We stayed in an ocean view balcony room on the top floor no 806. From the first moment we walked into the room we were thrilled to be in that space. It is a million dollar view. Beds were super comfortable. The two sinks were surprisingly useful. One person in the shower and the other person could still get ready. The bar by the pool was good and fair price for a cold beer. Plenty of parking onsite. The breakfast was fine. Has what you needed. Free popcorn and reduced price tickets for NASA.

So many separate buildings spread over two sides of the road! Teeny tiny pool towels. Paying for parking. Breakfast finished at 9.30am which is early.

The hotel was comfortable and smelled wonderfully cleaned the moment you walked in. The room I was given had a spectacular view of the ocean. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The surrounding restaurants were all at walking distance and very very good food. Just steps to the beach and pool. I loved it and will definitely return. Great find.. Great stay.. Highly recommended... !!

I wish the bathroom was just a little bigger to move around in. Tough to have two persons in there at the same time. I loved the fact that there was always good hot water.

Very noise with the door 🚪 between rooms? that could open if you were to rent both rooms ! Staff didn't put on record that I requested a 3rd day to stay? A I was woke up with a rude pounding at my door 🚪 manager Demanded me to go accross the street a Sign a danm paper within 30mins to redo my room instead ok calling a just oking it ! I had been asleep a was in my p.j. a had already called to told them I was staying 3 days not 2 @? I was up set a Not 1 IM SORRY FROM THE MANAGER I WILL US BOOKING .COM AGAIN BUT NOT Stay THERE FOR SURE!!@

The hotel is older and the rooms could use some updating. The slider door to the balcony was very difficult to slide open and closed. The hot breakfast was good and the staff were amazing. They run a well organized breakfast the way the hot breakfast is served. They are fast and efficient. Most days the same items are served but they change if you get waffles, english muffins or bagels. The eggs, sausage, pancakes are standard every day. The location is excellent a short 5 minutes to the beach.

We did not recieve the room we reserved. We had a King bed on our reservation and we got 2 queens. The front desk said to come the next day and they would move us and that did not happen. When I went back a different person was at front desk and looked at me like I was crazy when I said we were supposed to be moved. I think when you do not book on their site directly if someone with Best Western points wants a king and only queens are available they switch the booking.com people to the other room. They also did not service our room one day and I went down at 230PM and he said he would send someone right up and no one came until the next day.

Beautiful location, my room had a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Cocoa Beach. Two chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view. The king suite room was fantastic. The outdoor pool was fantastic. The free breakfast had a wide variety. Staff from front desk to the person at the pool were all wonderful and friendly. We booked one night and ended up staying a second night because we loved the accommodation and the area so much.

One small thing, the hotel had area attraction discounts, wish I knew that before booking tickets before I arrived.

Excellent location! Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had some drinks at the Ale House after a long day of traveling and a wonderful meal at Mexicos. Room was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. We had a Junior Suite. The sleeper sofa was a fold out memory foam mattress. Very comfortable! The suite was able to be separated from the main room with two beds. Breakfast was delicious and the staff served it buffet style in a quick manner. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Registration and hotel room were difficult to find. A suggestion would be to clearly mark individual buildings with paint or signage.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, at the main building with nice views to the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is a very short walk away from the pier and the beach, with lost of eating options around, and easy access to the Kennedy Space Center. The housekeeping staff does a great job. The gym is great, and equipment works.

The breakfast was okay and there were several option, but the texture of the eggs was strange. The pool and the hotel setting looked better in the pictures. Our bed in the suite was very comfortable, but the couch was not comfortable for sleeping, would recommend adding a mattress topper or replacing the couch.
