Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Fl

Awesome breakfast and a very convenient location to the cruise port. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the location.

I was not told when I reserved the room which was over three hundred dollars for one night that I would also be charged ten more dollars for parking. That is ridiculous if you stay at a place you shouldn't have to pay to park there. This was upsetting.

Over all it was a great place to stay. Close to the cruise port and food. It had a nice pool with some seating and a fire pit. There where also plenty of luggage carts around to haul your luggage. Also had plenty of parking.

The only negative things I could say is one of the girls at the front counter was rude to customers(Not me) but people on the phone that where wanting information or directions from what I could tell. Water pursue in the shower was awful. I have short hair and was difficult to wash my hair. Wife has long hair and was almost impossible.

The pool and bar area was so inviting! The bartender was amazing, I wish I had gotten his name so I could compliment him! Overall the stay was absolutely great! Will definitely book here again every time we take a cruise!

The only problem we had was there was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was no extras rolls. And we didn't notice until one of us was in there and needed more. We called and asked for more and 15 minutes later still no toilet paper, poor friend had to sit on the toilet waiting. We called back after the 15 minutes and someone brought some up finally.

Was convenient for Port Canaveral but if you are not heading to the Port there is very little within walking distance. Shuttle bus service was affordable ($10 per person) to the Port and on time. Breakfast was included in the price and ample. (No gluten bread options though)

The air conditioning unit was so loud we request for it to be turned off. The maintenance person couldn't control on the unit, or the wall so ended up unplugging it. The water in Orlando tastes foul, for this reason complimentary water should be offered in the room, or at least have bottles of water for purchase rather than having to get them from the shop in the lobby.

Breakfast was timely with a wide range of food catering to kids and adults. Exceeded expectations and was definitely a high point of my vacation. The dining area was located in an area that created the ambience for relaxation and enjoyment.

Front desk staff at time of check-in could have been a bit more informed and helpful. Our concerns as non-residents on arrival were the ability to secure ground transport to cruise terminal the following morning and to return rental vehicle to MCO and to secure a safe ride back to hotel. It felt that we were on our own to have these concerns amicably resolved.

The breakfast was delicious. Muffins, waffles, bacon, eggs, etc. Every belly should've been satisfied. Staff made sure the food stayed hot and fresh pans were always coming out. Staff paid great attention to detail.

For some reason they didn't have cartons of whole milk. They only had 2% and skim milk not sure what was up with that but we survived. Lol. Other than that everything was perfect. Great start to our cruise vacation because we did not get on that ship hungry at all.

My room was very clean and spacious. the hotel was very nice. good breakfast selections. very close to restaurants and the cruise terminal

The breakfast was decent. Scrambled eggs, sausage, hot fresh waffles and oatmeal with a really nice set of topping options (butter, brown sugar, caramel and chocolate), juices (orange, apple), fruit, cereal with milk. The people were friendly there, and helpful too! They were able to give us directions to our final destination and were even willing to help us print out things if we needed it. They made sure our room was clean, quiet too... and when asked, they cheerfully gave us amenities to make our stay more comfortable.

It would be nice if they gave more than one set of directions to the hotel. When we came down for our stay, the main way to get there was blocked off and the GPS would not offer an alternate route. We tried contacting the hotel, and they attempted to guide us, but eventually we got help from a friendly local officer instead.

I was pleasantly pleased with everything in the hotel. The Staff was exceptional! The location was awesome! It literally took us less than 6 minutes to get to Cruise Terminal 3 (Mardi Gras). It was convenient as far as the close by restaurants go. It was very clean! I highly recommend this hotel!

The lady who was making drinks at the pool was not very friendly to certain people. I ordered a drink and she literally gave me a slushy and was not friendly. A while later, I sent my husband to purchase the same drink and I literally got tipsy.
