I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels in Lake City but this is my favorite. The staff is great, very friendly, I always feel welcomed here. The parking lot is well lit at night and as a woman traveling alone I have always felt safe here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good and plenty enough for a variety of diets (in my case gluten free). The only reason I would not stay here is because they’re booked, I try not to let that happen!

Not their fault, like most hotels in this area the hotel faces the interstate so if you have a front facing room you will hear road noise. Bring ear plugs if that bothers you or, even better, request a room that doesn’t face the highway!

Let’s start with the reasonable price! I had to move hotels because another night where I was staying jumped up by 40 bucks and since there are so many hotels in Lake City I just let booking.com do its job! I think this might be my favorite Lake City Hotel. The room was super clean and comfortable, the bed worked for me (the bed in the previous hotel was like sleeping on a rock, hated it). Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast had enough variety to make pretty much anyone happy. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe here!

This is not the hotels fault but the highway noise could drive a sane person crazy! The windows are double paned and there are thick blackout curtains, I don’t know what else they can do. I left the air conditioner fan on low, helped a little. My suggestion would be to try to get a room opposite the highway or bring earplugs, since I plan on returning I’ll do both!

The final room we were given was very clean and spacious! The bed was comfortable. Very pleased in the end.

When we entered the first room we were given, we were met with a dirty sock smell. Also the soap in the bathroom was open, had been used with the wrapper laying on the sink, there was water all over the sink and toilet had been used. Shortly after we got into our 2nd room, someone else walked in. He had just been assigned our room! My husband went down to the front desk with him to get things figured out. When he came back up, his room key had been cleared and he had to go back to the front desk to get it rekeyed! Only decaf coffee was in the room.

Check in- front desk staff was great; very sweet; remade my key twice because it wasn't working; swapped my room to avoid a third remake Breakfast- lots of great options, tasted great, friendly attendant, very nice to all guests, ensuring everyone was finished before he started cleaning up Maintenance gentleman- waited for my daughter to finish eating before swapping out the trash and didn't make us feel like we had to rush; WENT ABOVE & BEYOND, LOOKING AT MY CAR FOR ME!! (He noticed me on the ground looking at a piece of plastic that was dragging, got down there & cut it off with my permission) Hotel overall- super cute, decorated for fall, I love the layout with the steps in the center, made me feel like my bedroom was upstairs (it sort of was haha); the indoor pool was great. We had it all to ourselves, it was clean & didn't stink of chlorine, had ample towels on hand; we stayed as late as the front desk could let us and the housekeeping staff was patient, waiting for us to swim and go back & change (we'd been in the car for days & needed a break!); the room had everything we needed, was clean & quiet

Signage not available, GPS for their address took me to the Comfort Suites, There is a left turn at a light that looks like you're turning into a business. You have to turn 180 degrees around and go around corner to get to it without any curb signs of where it is. My laptop could not access the hotel wifi site at all, there was an "infinity" one that I got on in the evening, but next morning neither one worked.

Very updated, great location, big rooms, quiet a/c, nice bathroom, great shower head. Close to gas station and Bob Evans. I requested a room on the highest floor in the back away from the elevator.Our room was very quiet. Was too tired to try the swimming pool and did not try the breakfast.

It took awhile to check in, because a lot of the rooms were still being cleaned.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Quick response to a TV problem. Great breakfast choices. Our suite was beautifully laid out and felt very homey for our extended stay of 2 weeks!

Good location. Seemed to have been recently renovated. Room was ready when we arrived. Looked like many rooms were not ready as several people had to wait for a room. Room was clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Not enough towels/no bath towels in room upon arrival. They were running way behind in turning rooms around, so we did eventually get some.

I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff. The room was exceptional and very clean and met my accommodation needs.

I didn't like that there weren't any signs on front street to identify the hotel. I got lost, and was told that the hotel was behind another hotel. Pillows were very small and mattress was very hard.

Very clean property, attentive staff and great breakfast.

Some weird media banner kept appearing on the LG TV screen - first on the left side then moved to the right side then moved to the bottom and then finally to the top of the TV screen. Staff unable to fix. Just annoying....
