Huge pool, great breakfast. Location was great. Within 10 mins to daytona pier right next door to Krystals and a liquor store and alot of other stores and restaurants

In our room our the whole toliet would move when you sat down the shower knob also would come out when you tried to turn it on. Everything still functions though.

The location was excellent. We were close enough to everything yet still far enough to miss the noise. The room was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. When i went to breakfast, I was thinking it would be wrapped, breakfast rolls, granola bars, and coffee, but it was a full hot breakfast. Very nice

First time I've had a room with a balcony that was cool got to see all the lights at night when you looked at it it had a outdoor swimming pool

That the carpet was pretty worn and the shower made a really bad loud noise refrigerator was working TV was great bed was comfy pillows were really comfy

The staff was great! We had an issue with the shower. I called the front desk & within 5 min someone was there to fix it. The pool is huge & very clean! The breakfast was really good with several options! Definitely where I will stay when I visit my grandkids again

The only problem I had was the sliding glass door to go sit outside was extremely hard to lock.

The breakfast was wonderful and they had eggs, sausage, bacon i was amazed besides the waffles juice coffee and tea 24 hours a day. it was really great. I also love the bigger fridge in the bedroom love that it was great.

I didn't like the fact that there was no microwave in the bedroom there was one in the lobby but not in the bedroom.

Continental breakfast was very enjoyable, since Covid struck, continental breakfasts have been pretty poor overall at most properties we've stayed at, but this was like a "return to normal". Thanks. We were there to participate as artists at "Art Fiesta" in New Smyrna Beach and have to get an early start as the show opened at 9 am and there are things to do before opening, so it's good to have a good breakfast because you know you're not going to have any lunch. 1st time staying here or any Best Western that I can remember, even though I used to work at a Best Western about 20 years ago. Very pleasant stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated my early check-in request. The room was very big and the beds were comfortable. A big bathroom and lots of storage space. Near lots of dining options. A short drive to/from the beach.

I could hear the adjoining room. The TV remote didn't work. Would recommend changing the carpet to laminate/tile flooring like some of the other BW properties.

location- staff- great value

it was bike week witch was why we were there the only thing I didn’t like was all the bike trailers that took up most of the spaces and the people who decided that the whole world need to hear there stereos at all hours

it’s decent for the value, clean, they serve breakfast daily, the pool is very big.

my fridge was out and no one never came to fix it or switch it out! the Hispanic house keeper was rude about giving me new towels and rags. and I wasn’t able to get through to guest services from my room to hike they never answered.

Everything! Very clean. Nice helpful staff throughout the hotel. The guest and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome and the pool was the best, nice and We were on our honeymoon/family vacation and it was awesome. Didn't want to leave but most definitely will be back to Daytona and will be staying at this location!

No microwave in room. Had to use one that was in lobby area
