We felt very comfortable from the first encounter at the registration desk. The gentleman at the desk allowed us to check in early 11:00 am. This allowed us to get ready for the graduation we came to attend. The room was quiet, clean, with one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in.... The breakfast was great as well as the pleasant dining area. Overall, it was a great experience & we will make sure to stay @ the Hampton Inn @ Pensacola airport again when we are in town!!😉🌹

Staff could have been more helpful. I arrived on your shuttle bus and no one offered or told me they could take my bags up to the room. I have a disability and it was very hard getting them up to the room. It was only that my friend said you should have a concierge so I asked and they said yes. I asked if they could take my bags for checkout and they said yes. Plus when I asked questions, some of your staff were dismissive and not helpful.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The first time I went into the bathroom there was a huge pile of hair left right outside the shower on the bathroom floor. Clearly visible that it was there. Also was a kind size bed, and there were four tiny almost throw like pillows on the bed. Had to request more normal size pillows. (They did bring new pillows.)

Unfortunately when we got down to breakfast at 9:00 am (breakfast on weekends closed at 9:30 am) there was no food left and no one restocking. We had to leave the hotel and find breakfast. Very disappointing when this feature is advertised as breakfast.

The beds were very comfortable. The cost of the room was more comparable to what I have been used to with a room that costs about $100. I do know prices are more due to Covid. The service was good. I was able to check in easily - it took less than 5 minutes.

I could hear a lot of outside noises. Mostly airplanes and helicopters, which isn't really your fault. My sister and I were able to sleep well in spite of this. The breakfast was not good. Eggs were cold, choices were limited, muffins were stale. We also had trouble connecting to WIFI.

I served the purpose. we had an early flight and didn’t want to make the 45 minute drive at 4 AM, so we stayed here the night before. wish there had been a few breakfast items, maybe pastries, out before 6AM.

price. I guess it is the going rate, but seems a bit pricey,

Breakfast was great, location was great, bed was comfy. Front desk people friendly and accomodating.

The mattress on the hide a bed couch did not appear clean. The carpet felt damp, but that could have been the humidity.

Breakfast was more than a "continental" breakfast. It had enough to satisfy my appetite. The fitness center was nice, had decent machines and they functioned well.

I can't pinpoint anything specific that I did not like that can be fixed. The elevator is on the far end of the facility, but if that's my only complaint, then we're good.

We thought the room was great; beds we’re comfortable, room was clean, pool area was immaculate, breakfast was good, and the staff was very accommodating. A housekeeper even stopped by to see if we needed more towels in the morning.

The location was convenient to restaurants shopping, the airport was near but it wasn’t noisy and I appreciated that it was a non smoking facility.

The room was not properly cleaned as evidenced by used towel left in the bathroom, there was a soap dish which has been removed from the shower wall left with sticky substance in the shower, tops from what looked like deodorant or ?? not brought in by me. The room was dusty ie TV, and the furniture. I did speak with the front desk staff Kelly and Tara re my concerns. I was given assurances that these concerns would be presented to the management as well as the housekeeping manager.
