We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard! It was very relaxing to be able to sit outside and enjoy morning coffee and a meal. The rooms were clean, and the area felt very safe. The hotel was quiet, even though it appeared almost full on our second night. And even though it was close to the highway, there was no traffic noise. Also, it was an easy drive to access restaurants, grocery stores, or anything else we might have needed.

Called down on the final night of our stay to see if we could get a one hour late check out, and the staff member said she could not accommodate that. Called back in the morning, and that staff member said no problem! Breakfast would be a great addition to this hotel, as well.

The room itself is super styley, for the 100 usd I paid. Mini balcony overlooking the courtyard, desk, sofa, fridge, even a hideaway bed for guests. I think the main purpose of this hotel is to be close to hospitals. It isn't close to anything else.

The staff seemed fairly disinterested and perhaps overworked... However, they absolutely met all my requests and provide everything I asked for, including early check in, late check out and a clutch cup of morning coffee. The rooms were not soundproof but I never noticed any distracting noises, although hallway conversations were easily heard.

The staff checking in was very nice and helping as we were there for a stay due to leaving a bad home situation. They made me feel like I would have privacy and be safe during my stay. The pool was clean and the rooms were very nice.

We were left without trash cans for two nights due to the cleaning staff not bringing them back after we left them outside full for pick up. We asked a few times but finally just went to the front desk the second night so we could keep the room cleaned up. Nothing major at all and didn’t affect the happiness of our stay.

Value price was reasonable. Arrival times were acceptable. Liked availability to call in because traffic was unreasonable traveling from Greenwood Indiana back up to Indianapolis to notify of later arrival time.

Room was clean but did not like to move by car to nearest entrance TO ROOM. ONLY ONE KEY CAR WORKED TO OPEN LOCKED DOOR TO GET INTO HALLWAY TO GET TO ROOM other card did not. Disappointed in shower power from shower head preferred hand held shower head. Directions hard to find coming up north on I465 to get to hotel. Have not redceived paid bill that was told they would email my receipt and have never received.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The rooms were nice because the sheets were soft and the towels were fluffy. There was good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel advertised a restaurant but it was really just someone behind the counter serving coffee and pastries from 6a-9a. The sofa bed we had in our room was very uncomfortable.

There was no breakfast provided. We went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast.

The desk staff were hard to find and not very communicative. We checked in around 8:00 pm and we had to go looking for a staff member to check us in. We finally had to call the hotel phone number to get someone to come to help us. When we checked out the desk staff member was very non-communicative, almost unfriendly toward us.

The room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub (although chlorine was a bit much).

Breakfast was not great. Pictures showed different than what we got. We were expecting more protein as we were there for a baseball tournament. Breakfast was bagels, muffins, cereal, and yogurt. Not ideal and not what we expected.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Really nice facility. Balcony would be nice if it weren’t snowing outside. Staff was pleasant. It was nice that the loveseat thing was actually comfortable; they usually aren’t.

it’s a little remote, set in the middle of an office park, and there’s nothing really close by. Because of this, it would be nice if they had better breakfast options onsite.

Like the courtyard area, I enjoy being able to sit outside. Bummer that the courtyard area closes so early.

Seems petty, but the pillows were so thick we couldn't sleep well on them. The staff were professional in appearance and conversation, and very polite, but need to be just a little friendlier. Very little eye contact.
