The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a cot and it was the nicest cot we have ever used. The breakfast was really good as well. Lots of options

The only complaint I have is the pool. I feel the chemicals were a little overkill. We were only in there at the absolute most 15 minutes and my eyes were burning and I did not swim, was simply in the room. My daughter and nephew who are teens started suddenly coughing pretty bad due to the air quality. After this experience I remembered another Hampton Inn we had stayed at about 10 years ago actually bleached all of our bathing suits after we used the pool. So this was slightly disappointing

The handicapped toilet was too low and very difficult to get off even with the grab bar. Handicapped rooms should all have the roll in showers with two beds because most handicapped people have someone for assistance. In the future when renovating or adding handicapped rooms it should be set up with the grab bars to the right of the toilet because like myself the majority of people are right handed.

The breakfast was really good. My son loved the pool. Location was good.

I wouldn't say this was a do not like comment but, more of a concern. The pool was really nice. However, when we were there the chlorine was very strong. It was hurting everyone's eyes and all the kids were coughing being in the water. This however wouldn't stop me from booking here again as I am sure I will. Just very much a concern. Thank you

The breakfast was free and wonderful. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful. The store at the hotel was reasonable. The workout center was well equipped.

My only complaint was we couldn't use the pool at all because there were hockey teams (kids) and it was packed the entire time. Not the hotel's fault but it did make our 1 night there less fun. If I had known I probably would have gone somewhere else.

Breakfast was great, rooms very clean. Staff was kind. Pool was great and clean just very packed constantly. Had my family of 5 there, kids did the best they could to keep quiet and no one seemed upset about the kids being around. Seemed family oriented. No complaints on my end!

We love staying here. It’s hardly an option when it comes to multiple night stays somewhere. We live about 3 hours North, and sometimes we just need to get away. The pool, the breakfast, the awesome front desk folks (who totally ACKNOWLEDGED my kids and their excitement for “Sonic the Hedgehog”, and treated them like little humans) always make for a great stay.

We were very disappointed that the “Portal” button on the TV remote did not open an actual portal. If someone could look into that, that would awesome. 😉

Having a pool was nice, the breakfast was surprisingly tasty and well stocked. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Shower was spacious with good pressure

Chlorine in the pool seemed very strong and would have preferred more pillows (probably could have gotten from the front desk if i had called)

Room was very clean, and the check-in process was very smooth. We also had to make a change to our plans after we checked in, and the hotel was able to adjust it easily! Made our trip much better!

I liked everything!

Breakfast was good. Very clean and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond. We forgot an item in our room when we checked out. I called them and explained what we forgot they had no problem to retrieve our item for us. That spoke volumes to me. Definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends. Definitely coming back for another stay.

Hotel was very clean. I have stayed at the hotel before and it was priced right.

The rooms were ridiculously expensive because it was graduation. Definitely not worth what we paid. I’m the morning sitting in the lobby the 2 staff at the front desk talked on and on about all kinds of issues from staff, customer, and hotel issues. Not appropriate in front of customers.
