The location was great. The room layout was nicely done with the desk/microwave & coffee alcove. The beds were very comfortable. There was a phone be each elevator on every floor.

Water kept backing up in sink & shower drains. Maintenance came to clear and drains were slow. Water pressure in some friends rooms was low. breakfast until 9:30am was good deal for $5; however, when some guest arrived and paid few minutes before 9:30am, the food was immediately put away and they were not able to complete their selection for breakfast. It would be nice if sign was placed at desk that informs guest of no room cleaning during stay. The entry had a beautiful stone gas fireplace that had been broken since May 2022. No one tending the Bar, which was a loss for the establishment.

It was one night stay. We came late eve and leaved early morning. The hotel is very clean - indeed the first thing you expect and notice. Personnel at reception desk is smily and polite - not much they can do else. Breakfast was for additional charge $5. Typical continental and could be included in price. Area seems to be mixed commercial/residential in park like setting (apparently with golf course nearby). We did not have time to explore it. We dined at tavern next to Cheat Lake and 4-5 min drive from hotel. Looked like nice place during warmer time for outside seating. Hotel is close to major roads. We wanted to see Cooper's Rocks and it took us 15 min to get there.

The hotel was extremely clean - it may have been new it was so clean. The bed was *incredibly* comfortable. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a better than the standard American hotel liquid eggs and jimmy dean sausage patties... There was a fun bar/casino/arcade 20 feet from the front door, which is super convenient for a road trip!

The hotel is very close to the highway, and even with obviously good windows we were still able to hear the highway traffic a little bit. It didn't keep me awake though, and I wake up for every little noise, for what it's worth. I just might suggest requesting a room not facing the highway if you're a VERY light sleeper, just in case.

Your team was exceptional- helpful- professional- personable- GREAT customer service- easy to check in etc- When we travel back and forth from Canada we will be stopping in again- We left super early in the morning and missed breakfast- We will be back- highly recommend this hotel

a bigger fridge in room with freezer would be better- we had ice for coolers etc and they melted..

Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast was yummy!! For 5 bucks you cannot beat it! The restaurant across the parking lot(not affiliated I believe) was a fun find and delicious.... My husband always complains about hotels. He had not ONE. Our daughter will be a freshman at WVU and this will be our go to hotel! Quiet and well appointed.

The ONLY negative was no lock for the bathroom....if that matters to some.

It was a nice big room and pet friendly which is hard to find. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was big and comfy and the heater worked great!

The walls are thin and we could here a phone conversation going on in the room next to us. There were people stomping around and talking loudly in the hallway. All this was happening around 10 pm so that was annoying.

one of the nicest, cleanest, hotels I’ve ever stayed in. the actual owner was working the desk and making breakfast. Goes to show how dedicated he is to his business and super friendly as well! The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I’ve ever had with plenty of options and home cooked food. For only $5 a person you can’t beat it! The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. All the little details that went into this place was absolutely amazing, even down to the provided shampoo, body wash, etc. smelled like fruit loops. Overall such an amazing experience and will definitely be staying here more often!!

Rooms were very nice, beds really comfortable, the entire property was clean. All the staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was worth the small fee. Housekeeping staff was efficient and friendly. Overall a great place to stay!!

The road going to the property had holes all in it so be careful with your vehicle. It’s not the property’s fault but my suggestion is maybe all the properties around there could go in together and fix the road.

Clean. Walking distance to several attractions. Water was close.

There are almost NO restaurants open on the Inner Harbor. They were all decimated by COVID and are still shuttered. Scuppers was good. But there were very few options for eating outdoors by that beautiful water.

This place was fantastic, and I'd gladly stay here again. What a sweet gem of a hotel. Great breakfast, proximity to a fun little tiki bar, nicely located and recently refurbished rooms. This was a nice find.

I liked everything. The only thing I would like more is if the whole damn thing was free, but that's not realistic.
