I was having radiation therapy at the hospital complex a half mile away, so the location was excellent. They served a quite complete breakfast. I had a beautiful room and it was ultra clean . Almost too much room for one person. Applebees was next door, so I had some wonderful dinners.

They had no microwave (important for me). I could not adjust my air conditioner nor could I turn it off. My room was at around 60degrees. I spent my whole stay in bed, under the covers, fully dressed. I asked for someone to adjust my air conditioner, but it didn’t get much better.

The lighting in the bathroom, shower water pressure and the provided hair dryer were all great. Beds were comfortable and the TV very nice.

Lighting in the room was poor, there were no cups for use in the bathroom. The front desk staff was not helpful or at all interested in solving the issue that had us waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half BEFORE she would give us a room assignment because the hotel's computer didn't yet show our CONFIRMED online booking. The staffer never made any effort to get us in a room, but rather, after a 1 1/2 hour wait, we called the booking.com agent, who then immediately called the hotel, directly, and took care of the issue! At check in, we felt more like an inconvenience than a guest, as far as the night clerk was concerned!

Breakfast was great. When we arrived there there was no power but we stayed The power was restored at 10 that evening Was surprised we were not given a parting gift as we had no TV or light. Expecting to hear from them for the inconvenience. The staff supplied a flashlight and were good !

No power for most of the night .As we did not want to change our accommodation we continued our stay.

The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure and temp was great. Most of the hotel renovations seemed to be completed. Though there isn't a closet, there are 3 hooks on which to hang coats/towels, etc. Breakfast was an average "free" breakfast. Kudos for the 24 hr coffee/hot tea station. Great hotel and reasonably priced!

The cabinet door in front of the mini fridge fell off the first time I opened it. Maybe it's so new someone forgot to put the screws on? The corner faucet in the bathroom sink (in our opinion) was poorly designed. The faucet had to be on full blast or water spilled over the back of the sink--it's also very loud. Not a deal breaker of course, just a minor irritation.

Was very clean and comfortable room . Pillows and bed were very comfortable. The staff were a credit to the hotel very helpful when we asked direction and always a nice welcome especially Gwen the manager . The breakfast was plentiful and a great choice of hot or cold food and drinks . Only a short ride downtown we used Uber or the personal transport opp hotel in universities quarters .

I was over charged for my room. I made the reservation weeks in advance to get the best rate. I selected the better rate that did not allow me to change my reservation and when I arrived the current rate was considerably less than the rate I reserved.

We stayed after an unexpected emergency surgery at Ruby. The hotel was close to where we needed to be the next day. The room was clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was really nice and the food good. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very close to WVU stadium. Standard hotel breakfast. Clean and quiet. Applebees restaurant next to parking lot. Hospital across the road, some sirens noise could be heard occasionally but not loud enough to wake either of us while sleeping.

Front desk person was extremely nice but was never at the desk. Always had to wait a minute or more for them to come out. Once she got there, she was absolutely great.

It was close to our event. Friendly staff. Great breakfast

Lighting in the room is not great. Those led light bulbs are not good. The bathroom should have 2 light options. Led lightbulbs were not flattering. Dusty room

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet which was great. Applebee's was right next door as well which made it easy to go get dinner without having to order through door dash or drive around to find a place to eat.

No pool in the hotel, and the bathroom didn't include a tub.
