The staff were very nice and helpful. The decor throughout the hotel was very updated and stylish. The breakfast was very good, but the waffle iron spray was missing. We really appreciated having our pet with us.

Some of the other guests were noisy in the hall and the next-door room until late in the early morning hours. The only other thing was that there should be sanitizing wipes in the room or at the elevators to wipe down the remote, etc.

amazing staff, I called ahead and asked that the room be ready so we can sleep right away spoke to Julie , she made sure the room was ready with the roll away bed ready to go … thanks so much ! the night staff guy who checked me in also was a delight and very polite to deal with ! clean and great right in the highway and close to food and shopping, you can park and literally walk to get yourself a note to eat ! great location stayed with my family clean and good location defo stay here on the way to Disney or universal !!

The room was very clean and well presented. There was a lot of space and comfortable accommodations. Breakfast was also great!

We came during a traveling baseball game, so the breakfast lobby was very crowded. I know you can’t control that, but it made breakfast accommodations less comfortable.

Breakfast choices were fine, access to the food seemed a little crowded from time to time and a bit of a wait. Coffee was accessible and good, especially early in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was busy with several baseball teams and parents staying the weekend. The outside patio area was very nice and used frequently by this group. The only real issue for me was the long waits for elevator use.

The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was very well kept and clean. The coffee was excellent. I especially like that there was a dark roast option.

The price. Over $300 a night is a lot. I realize it was a home football game weekend, but it was still a lot for one night. I do appreciate that you didn't have a two night minimum like some of the other hotels.

Staff was friendly! Hotel was clean! Room was spacious! Beds were comfortable! Complimentary breakfast was good! Pool was nice! Great location!

They put us in a room with a view of the sign, couldn't see anything. Thankfully there just for one night. Everything else was great.

Breakfast offered pretty good options and was fresh. Would have liked a little more variety in tea options. Cranberry juice would have been nice to have.

..Only issue i has was hotel was quoted and giving a price and once payment went thru was $20.00 more without warning or explanation.. but didnt complain about it

Check in was FAST. All I had to show was ID. I didn't have to sign anything.

I didn't like that they automatically added $21 to the bill for incidentals. It was removed the next morning because we hadn't used any. I'm assuming that would have been $21/day if we'd stayed longer.

Very nice!

I felt the overall stay was excellent, staff was courteous, room was very clean, almost right beside where we needed to go. Many choices for dinner close by!
